Do the choices I made hold up update to update? I like this game but after playing a couple of promising ones (Melody as a sad example) while the stats stayed the choices seemed to be different

I'm not sure but I think they do since it's a linear game following a linear story

They do, yes.

I have several saves for different girls and one just to see all scenes and they all have different things going on.

Man, this episode so far was one of the best since this whole game started! I can't wait to see more of it. After I start working again I will become his patron. This guy deserves all the money he gets and more! Keep up the good work and hope to see more royalcandy!
