What order should I install them in?

Reading through the threads seems to indicate that the incest patch goes first, then the walkthrough mod, then the bugfix and finally the narration patch. Can anyone please confirm this?

Overzealous antivirus software. Make an exception for NoMoreSecrets.exe (or disable it entirely while playing). This is pretty commonplace for computer games off the beaten path of big-budget releases, you should have come across it by now.

Of course, if you're scared that there's a secret virus everyone here's been conspiring about, you're free to play something else.
