The writing/phrasing style is good, and if you don't have good Japanese audio comprehension, you will probably only notice a few small mistakes here and there, along with a number of typos. So I'd say it's an enjoyable and satisfactory translation for most people.

Make sure your installation path doesn't use special characters (like Kanji or other symbols). Best to just stick with English folder names.
I lost pretty much every ounce of sympathy for the MC after Tachibana's roast because it made me realize the MC is a fucking Jerry.

I personally don't find the MC hateable or whiny though. I mean under the game assumption that the MC does get hurt from not cumming, he is literally unable to do anything when his hands are broken. If his hand wasn't broken or if he didn't have this illness, then I can understand other people's hate for MC. But at the moment, he is helpless not a whiny loser.
On a side note, there seems to be a sequel:

I can't run the game. When i click Sakusei_Byoutou.exe in the folder a small window opens saying "crack by zdfx" and after i click OK it closes. What should i do?

The only thing I can think to suggest is making sure the redistributable you installed is this exact one:

The original game work fine but the translated one can't boot, same problem happen with the latest heaintei game
