That for sure. Though I must say, at least for me personally it always takes a while to "warm up" to them. I'm usually loyal to "my" friends, especially good guys like Pete, in the early playthroughs of AVNs and it's not until later that I tend to be more open and willing to experiment.
This game is extremely unique in that it has a lot of non-vanilla kinks, but they are explored in an entirely grounded manner while still delivering what people are looking for in those tags to a reasonable degree.
Most games that explore kinks either go with one extreme or the other. The more common is the all out depravity where the characters don't act reasonably in real world terms and take actions just to satisfy the game tags. Rape, blackmail, male dom, corruption, ntr/cuckoldry/netori, etc etc. The porny implementation of these tags are hot, but we've seen it plenty of times.
The other extreme is when they put too much emphasis on making sure everything comes across as entirely safe (physically and psychologically) and consensual. It's cheating but not really because no one, including the MC, has a thought about what he is doing. It's BDSM, but let's make sure everyone is extremely on board with the role play and well adjusted for it. It's incest, but incest is totally wincest and everyone is happy, right? Basically, they are entirely vanilla stories that just splashes minor scenes for the sake of adding tags.
This game, on the other hand, takes care to make sure there isn't any non-consensual or overly tropey stuff, but it still enables players going for the more fucked up routes to get the payoff. All the while keeping things grounded in reality. Plus, stuff like misogyny kink is something that has never actually been explored in explicit terms as a fetish, as far as I know.
MC is the least grounded out of the cast, but that's to be expected in a game like this with so many routes and possibilities in his character. The subconscious personas do a fine job of framing his actions to fit in with what the players are likely head canoning for their MC in the first place.

On an entirely different subject, I understand that the focus of the game are the girls ofc but can we possibly have some bro moments with Carl? He seems like a cool dude but throughout the entire game so far he has seemed very "detached" from his relationship issues, at least to me. Even in ch5, all he says is "yaeh it's bad, take care of her guys". Doesn't he need some kind of taking care of? And I don't mean that sexually. I just think it'd be interesting to get more of his perspective on this.

True! Feel exactly the same! When the story is so well written, the characters so deep backrounded and the choices/paths so many and different to choose, then that happens. You getting psychologically seriously involved and affected.

MrSilverLust I am not surprised. Chapter 5 is awesome like other chapters . Jen's scene in dominant path was interesting. It's going in a pretty interesting way.
For the sub path, I am very curious about the mistress.

Really unique game, loving it so far. For the moment I'm having two paths I'm playing, the fuck everyone you can, because more content that way and some of the kinks and scenes are super well done. On the other hand I like Lea a lot, so as of this update I started a solo/loyal path with her (though Emma and Jen are great also, may check their solo content out later)

I really liked the game. It resembles an immersive simulator with a huge range of features, and the perk system directly refers to role-playing games. The characters are incredibly developed, you understand that each of them is a person with his own kinks and desires. Episodes are big, full of content and you can be sure that the developer is not a milker. It's a pity that Mr.SilverLust refused to fully animated scenes as it was at the beginning of the game, but I think he did not want to delay development too much (animations take a long time to render) and the story and characters are at the head of this game.
As a result of Episode 5, I decided on the girls that I like and made a list of preferences.
7. Kim. There are "bad girls" when guys like them, but Kim is not one of them. A manipulative woman, for whom the main thing is power and influence, and people are simply nothing to her. Extremely toxic person. She prefers conspiracies against friends behind their backs, to break human destinies. Blackmailer. I don't blame her kink of cheating, I'm not sinless in the game, and the dev himself hints to us that there is nothing wrong with sexual fetishes. But it's better to stay away from Kim. Plus her hairy pussy just makes me sick.
6. Bri. Just a hot girl next door I would like to have some fun with. I can’t say anything bad about her, in general a pleasant girl, although she is loaded with her own problems. But not of great interest, besides, I'm not a fan of milfy body type with giant boobs.

A feminist who wants to be roughly fucked like a doll and used as a sex toy? Yes, I went through the manly option. What could be more ironic? Emma - definitely yes. But you need to be prepared that nothing vanilla will turn out with Emma - either you dominate her, or she dominates you. It's similar to Debra's way, but I find Emma more interesting.
