I never managed to find this scene in a normal playthrough. I suspect you have to have given Deb a foot massage, and agreed to the orgasm denial and cock cage 2 times. Then you'd also have to be in a sub/sub relationship with Jen, and have answered "include only other women", or "include both (men and women)". (I think I've always picked "both" here, it's possible this is the deciding factor, and you have to pick women only.)
Emma has a vanilla path, as far as I can tell. It's related to the "Will They, Won't They" achievement. I'm not sure if that's the one you mean with "complicated". As for the others, I don't think so. Maybe Olivia, in a future update, at least it seems like things are changing for her, and possibly, she'll want to settle down. Bri hasn't gotten much screen time yet either, though I suspect any kind of relationship with her will be shown in an epilogue, due to her studies. No vanilla path for Kim or Deb.
The reason I like Kim is because, yes, she's a bitch, but that's a pleasant change from a lot of other characters - sometimes you just find the bitchy cheerleader in those movies/shows more attractive than anyone else.
Plus, she's Asian. You don't often see Asian girls in porn games here on f95. It's mostly white and black girls, so I'm happy to get something new.

I'm not sure it counts as abuse if she's enjoying it. Jen's kinks revolve around submissiveness and being praised. In other words, she was made for maledom. As for Emma, she actually respects the MC more as a maledom lover. You even get to fulfill a secret fetish of hers that you can't do on the femdom path.

Yeah, as far as I noticed, characters "adjust" their personalities and kinks based on player's choices. Jen may be the best example here. While she don't has many scenes on her femdom path, she definitely doesn't look submissive there

There's a dominant and submissive path for Jen. You can also be dominant with Jen and submissive with Deb, though you might run into a shortage of kink-points.

As of last time I've played it, there's a singular share scene on Jen's sub path and some light sharing talk/teasing on Lea's path. I never saw any cheating stories, but that's also probably because I stayed 10 feet away from Kim, so you'll have to ask one of her fans.
I certainly hope not. I've often criticized this before, his insertion into that path was one of the silliest character placements in the entire story, and felt like a sharp detour from the writer's otherwise sensible plotlines and character development. For those confused by what I'm saying, think about his backstory, and what we know of him prior to that point.
