Tbh I was confused myself on a re-playthrough because I remembered Jen having some kind of "what exactly are we" talk, but that never actually happens, only with Lea was that the case.

First of all great game the story is good but at first i thought meh let's see what is this about then i played all chapters until the end of this version, so here goes Emma is the best, Jen is worth losing everything for her, Lea never let her go, Deb and Olivia there is no game without them, Kim makes me wanna spank her each time she opens her mouth, Bri is way to dominant.
That being said i hope the dev will not break all relationships up by some bad events, but well if it is recoverable well more story to be played.
Actually i played the game 12 hours and 13 minutes nothing else not even a coffee break that is how good it is just one path.

One change I really appreciate dev putting in is just a regular Jen path so you can be with her without doing the (IMO) silly muh dom or muh sub stuff - it felt much more organic that way with her sex scenes; but those are just my preferences. Lea is still #1 in my book.
I do wish Olivia had a little more if you picked her for the crush scenes - it's hinted at during the talk after foursome; there's always some tension in the air that she wants someone to settle down with, but nothing certain is declared...

Yeah that's why I think Jen is the best path in the game even tho Emma is my #1 and who I want the MC to end up with by time the game is over.
Lea is definitely GF/Wife material. She's the best. Ingame I'm going to make her my personal Pornstar. Later I hope I have the option to knock her up.

She is great too. I just prefer Emma, I just love how playful she can be and I love the fact they have history together idk the longer the game went on and Emma started to open up a bit more the more I thought she was a perfect match for the MC. The scene that really sold me on Emma was when she was punching the MC's arm in a playful manner I just loved the look she gave the MC she looked really cute to me.Lea is definitely GF/Wife material. But really Jen , Emma or Lea are all perfect GF / Wife material for the MC in the long run to me. Honestly all three of these girls are kind of tied for me I just give Emma a slight edge just to say I have a favorite.
Agree on that. From the character Jen/Emma are cute AF, if you make the right choices. But the Lea corrupting path /make her more open to Sex, is really fun/Intriguing. And she is still loyal fully to Mc.

I am replying to all of the above:
First: As with myself, it seems just about everyone emphasizes Emma, Jen, and Lea.
Second: I was looking for a corrupting game emphasizing submission and depravity but as the game
develops (and it is very obviously not just how I play it because I often backtrack to briefly
explore other choices) the three above are too likeable for me to want to see bad things happen to them
or to see them disrespected. While it makes the game difficult for me, it does speak well to the skill
of the developer.
Also the others, save for Kim, are quite likeable, especially Olivia, but their proclivities do not mesh
with what I am looking for in a porn game.
So far I have the MC progressing with the three in a cheating way hoping there will be an erotic
resolution that does not hurt anyone's feelings. But that could be contradictory.

I have the feeling her mentality will change a bit over the coming updates.
Not quite! For me and several others the best girls in NIF are Lea, Jen and Olivia. I am very lukewarm about Emma as long as the only options with her are being a doormat or hatefucking, in addition her character is high maintainance and not free of the same chauvinism she accuses all men of.
Kim gets a special thumbs up, not for being likeable, but for being quite honest about being a selfish and selfserving person. You rarely have characters like her in games as a LI.

She seems a little too well centered to me. She faces her inner fears and insecurities in
a strong (yet light-hearted), introspective and independent way....even to the point of acting like a therapist
to the MC.

Yeah, this game definitely has some great character writing/development. Also, if you haven't already, you might want to try the other game in my signature. It might have a bit of what you're looking for.

I completely see your point. With Kim it just does not do much for me, though I am not
inclined to judge in that I do not actively look for morality in the characters in porn games.
Erotic things could develop with Kim. I had the MC reject her proposal b/c it did not strike me
as erotic.
I shared your distaste for the traits you mention with Emma, but I believe in Chp. 5 it begins
to ease off and because of the faults she has, she is the most likely candidate to be subject
to the depravities I seek in a porn game. Jen is way too impressive intellectually and Lea is too amiable.
So you see....Emma's drawback right now is my main hope for eroticism in this game...and I think it may be weakening.
As I mentioned above, Olivia's role to me, is to be the psychological guru; ironic, but she has the most hands on training.

Except she was/is running away from a very big personal issue. Resolving this (I think) would open the way for more stability in her life.
I kinda agree.....she's too balanced (as if that's a fault). It would develop her character to have some crazy come out - right now she's the "super cool girl without a fault". And yeah, they do exist, but usually there's something to at least balance it out.

Her red flags are promiscuity and not staying in the same place for too long. She's afraid to commit to something.
I've always seen her as our big sister, always ready with some insight or good advice. And, all things considered, she's probably the least damaged woman in this game.
