In the last progress report, I said that Chapter 8 might be ready sometime in November, which turned out to be wrong. It's still not ready and it won't be in the next two weeks. And, later on comes the holiday season, so, I don't know, if it isn't ready before Christmas, probably only in January then.
My apologies. Release dates have always been hard to predict, and even more so now. In previous chapters, I had some wiggle room to postpone some scenes to later chapters to release an update faster. But, this time, it's more like the opposite; there is stuff that I didn't account for, but needs to be done and can't just be postponed.
In two weeks, I'll make another progress report update to keep you in the loop.
When I miss release dates like this, I always like to remind everyone that it's totally okay if you want a refund. Also, if you already contributed €15 in total (or bought the game on Steam/itch), you don't need to keep subscribed to Patreon, you'll get the update exactly at the same time as everybody else.

Well, I would not have put it past him to wait with the release five minutes after the deadline to fuck with you and the bet. Now it turns out he is his usual late self, since he broke more deadlines than he kept over tme.
Everyone with a brain already knew January was the most likely release time, and even that might be missed.
I know it's not happening, but I would laugh to dead if the realease is at 00:01 December 1 due to slow wifi issue.
