The world did not end with biblical brimstone and fire. Or with a bang. Or an asteroid smashing against the Earth. It came with a flash, and when that bright light faded, everything cease to be.
The main character (of your own naming) awakens to find himself in the Interim, a realm which exists between the old world and the new. Before long, he runs across Mira, an Entede--a metaphysical being sent to aid him. From her, he learns that he's there to assist those who've yet to properly move on. As these lingering humans desperately hold onto memories of their former lives, he must help them come to terms with their existence, all the while learning about the reason for his own situation.

Same but what's also weird is that the download is Missing 0.01 GB every time it's 0.01 GB that is missing
You're not the Only one seems like a lot of Android Downloads got that problem but also the fact the File says 2.04 GB when it should've been 2.05 GB

Yeah, an adoptive father having sexual intercourse with his adoptive daughter, adult or not, is rather creepy. But so is the Zombie apocalypse. Hardly a real world situation.
I went to their Patreon and downloaded a smaller Compressed version which I think is 1.80+ Gb ? But i still get that missing 0.01 and can't install the game
first chapters where cool and inovate.... but later gets like many games... lost ability unlock new scenes
That's a bug, and it's from the bad end where you don't really get along with Naomi or Carol (I think, never got it) the image in question is (where it's actually supposed to be shown) accompanied by the MC saying "I don't know what Carol and Naomi are doing and I'm not sure I want to" or something along those lines. Basically, I think this is the MC's worst-case idea of what the two could be doing? It's not explicitly shown to be what is happening afaik.

It is not NTR when they are not your lovers. This is the bad end, where you have not done enough to keep them, and they basically become adults on their own.

May be a bit too early to form a final judgment on the game, since I only played through it once and have not seen the variations on endings, but this feels like a rare case when the story is better than the porn. The story is fantastic. Well written, the pacing is a bit slow at times, but not enough to be boring, the dialogue is not overly cheesy, the worldbuilding is believable, the characters are very well presented. The porn part is good too, but it suffers from a not very sophisticated artstyle, and my personal frustration of containing pregnancy, but skipping over the sex part in that particular instance. Also, and I'm going only off a few glances at the comments, it seems that whatever ending you get, you will miss out on some girls/content with them (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). This isn't a great choice either, my personal opinion is that if you manage to play through correctly, you should be able to get pretty much everything/everyone. It may not be realistic or slightly clash with the story, but ultimately the writer is the one who holds control over how much it's possible to acquire in a single ending. Basically, if your game has harem elements, having an ultimate harem route is just common sense.
