this game is way to grindy for me, "work out to get higher max energy but you have to rest for 3 days while eating to fill out your energy/stamina bars" get real

Core gameplay loop is not fun at all. I haven't even made it totally out of the tutorial and I'm just done. What a shame, I had higher hopes.
