Family Vacation is a really good one, many LI options and multiple paths.
Heritage is also good, focusing on family.
(Also you can just use the filters on the updates and search for incest there )

It really was sad to see this Dev no longer suppress his seeming hate for non-sharing and completely fuck up the last DLC and only time the grandmother is involved (and it had to be then for some lame excuse), by excluding the non-sharing route, and then go on further to create two sharing only games. There is no way to avoid sharing in that vignette. Sharing is mandatory in most of the chapters if you want the real story. It's one of the major kinks that the main plot is around. Maybe try Wrestling Dynasty. It's a slow burn, but unless they added new content I'm unaware of, none of the MC's LI's touch anyone else.
