Ok I know this take is probably wrong but it enables my (mostly vanilla porn) brain to keep working while playing this game. The MCs wife is not just a normal sex fiend she's the victim of a Keter class Cognito hazardous scp style memetic parasite which, which began spreading at the press conference and really took hold at the photo shoot.
This explains why every new (normal) character meets a member of cast and is made aware of the changes or see them they're willing jump bones with anyone including relatives. In my mind the order of infection starts with the wife , then mum, who then speaks to everyone at the press conference one by one which implants the idea, thus more infectees which gets further reinforced as weeks go by and oh my god why are they fucking their kids now yes I know they're adults still weird, oh look the aunt is here... and he's shagging his mum now, wow.
I still haven't finished this yet i'm gonna cos despite the Hard incest (which still I find weird) i'm a big wrestling fan I really like the characters, story and yes godsdammit especially the porn I will probably give a 9 star review when i'm done

The tone of this VN is immersive especially as I'm a huge fan of comedic pro wrestling and incest/swinging stuff. (Can't also imagine this game without the sharing stuff and well all the other optional tags for that matter)

Also a question is it recommended to play the extra episodes once you finished the game or any time is fine?

If you're playing the deluxe version, all of those episodes are included and placed where they chronologically should be in the story.
