For me, I don't really like how formulaic the corruption of the heroine tends to be. You know; hatred > humiliation > handjob > blow job > virginity > anal > pregnancy > dressing up in a cow costume > becoming the village bicycle > etc. Once the heroine becomes full slut, her initial personality is lost, making the NTR aspect a somewhat moot point. She becomes a brand new character, wearing the old heroine's skin.
Rather, I prefer when the heroine is able to compartmentalise her feelings into two categories: emotional security, and sexual pleasure. So she would still seek out the protagonist when she needs warmth and affection, and she would seek out the antagonist when she needs cathartic release.

Using these as valid points, I’m surprised so many people want a “good” NTR game that also is basically consensual with the FMC. And if we’re saying unwanted sexual harassment, molestation up to a certain degree is fine but threats aren’t… I think that’s just picking your own preferences, but not accurate for judging what makes NTR good as a genre.
When it comes to NTR, there are very few narratives where you can have characters that love the MC and are logical, while not being forced to warp their view/personality through some unwanted action (blackmail/harassment/rape/etc). Unless you’re into BSS, but I’m not into it because it often doesn’t satisfy points 3 and 5.If the bull is just better in every regard and the MC is a loser, it isn’t logical for her to be “stolen.” If she doesn’t just leave the MC, it’ll just fall into cheating/Netori from the other perspective.
As long as it’s logical enough to keep you immersed and 4 is done well, I personally don’t care too much about the ethical/moral means of how the FMC got into her position. Hypnosis/Blackmail/Drugs are rarely done well because they often just jump you from point A to point F without aligning any of that with the corruption/stealing of feelings. Not a fan of them either, but I won’t say there aren’t good works out there.

My problem with being able to stop the ntr is that then I have to ACTIVELY trigger it, as I dont know any game where it was so hard to beat I didnt have to act like a toddler to actually trigger it. And then it starts feeling like netorase, not netorare.
My most favorite games all deprive you of choice. Henteria games, old ntrpg, boy hero ken, solgante, thug hero party, clipick games.
I think that its very hard to tell a good cohesive story and heroine corruption for netorare WHILE giving you a choice. The game you listed is quite rare.

THIS! The NTR games barely present any challenge for preventing the cuckolding: usually it's some choices with obvious consequences or just not losing battles. I don't want to intentionally fail myself, I want a struggle! So far only Leane 2 and some early Kegani lab games scratched that itch for me...

I think the problem with things like blackmail drugs, etc is its almost always instant corruption. Like, "suck my dick or I forclose your house". It doesn't have any buildup. There are always exceptions where someone can use that method and it be something I really enjoy. But the standard slop just never does it well so I end up just not even bothing when something has that in it.
There just needs to be a logic to it and it needs to happen gradually. But good NTR is always going to be a personal preference, you will never have a standard "good" definition.

Regardless of whatever flavor, there are core tenets that have to exist in every sort of game.
1. Heroine is beautiful.
Physically, mentally, spiritually, morally: she exudes grace and class that puts her above the rest. JP games love to do the ditsy pretty heroine troupe, but I personally love the "strong female character" that we have here in the West. Think Tracer, Aloy, Tifa Lockhart, Wonderwoman, Spidergirl, etc. She's top of class beauty in what exemplifies of a woman.
As such, Type A would never work for me. The moment a heroine cheats because "the other guy is better", she is no longer chaste (in the sense that she devotes her love to a singular man). She becomes ugly.
2. Game is logical.
I would say 85% of NTR games fail this. Right off the bat, classic "get sexually harassed until she is used to it" doesn't work. The slow "corruption" of first touching her ass, grabbing her tits, then making her handjob, blowjob, etc. No real female character would fall for that shit. I'd like to invite authors to think of their dream girl, their girlfriends, wife, etc. How would you as a bad guy get her to love you? It sure ain't fucking her with your 8 inch cock until she becomes a vegetable. That's not how real life works. I invite men without sexual experience to visit communities of women and learn what women like. My recent favorite is /r/HLWomenOnly, where women with high libido complain about not getting fucked properly. /r/TheGirlSurvivalGuide is another. If a NTR game can fulfill these 2 basic criteria: they're already top 5%. I don't care if their art sucks, if there is no music, if it's a VN, etc. Write a good story, write believable dialog, write good characters.
Aside from that, give me a good NTR game where the heroine is truly forced to do sexual things (with a real reason, not the classic "oh no he has a video of me having sex with my husband") or "he's going to bully my son".
Some scenarios:
1. Bad guy has blackmail material that could land wife's man in jail or executed. Think leaking State Secrets, evidence that the loved one committed some serious crimes (whether it is misunderstanding or not, whatever. Just make the wife believe it).
2. Woman is forced to suck and fuck due to hard times. For example, during war times where there is no food, woman is forced so have sex with the enemy occupiers secretly in order to provide for the family. She feels guility and is used like a cum rag. Give me a cute little Church Girl getting her face fucked by the meaniest baddiest man.
3. Man falls into a coma for 2 years and the woman hooks up with one of his enemy. Woman does not know that they don't get along. Man wakes up, woman feels guility but has feelings for the bad guy. Bad guy torments man at work / school when he is trying to rehab, secretly behind the woman.
4. Bad guy rapes woman after he beats her in a fight. Think the classic Tomboy troupe where the woman is a badass and the man is passive, kind, etc. Has a bunch of videos of her absolutely being humiliatied. Girl is afraid that her man will actually kill himself if he finds out, so they sign a contract to suck and fuck behind his back for a period of time. She never falls for the bad guy, but admits she likes the rough sex. After the contract is over, she doesn't "crave cock" and leaves the husband but the bad guy reveals it and the man kills himself

Unfortunately, most adult game developers are just Python/Unity programmers who have entered this field.
To create a truly great adult game, we need a team consisting of a relationship psychologist, a writer, a programmer, and an artist, or the developer must have a good understanding of all four areas.
