since I've been thinking about it since
coming up with it recently.
an NTR board game... with dice rolls and pieces moving across.
there's turns for mc, fmc, and villain
...
First, amazing work laying out your game like this. I appreciate a smart dev who tries to do something out of the norm instead of the same old shit "go here, talk to this person, trigger this scene" or "yes no" for ntr or not.
My first thought when I saw the game was:
1. You're going to need a tremendous number of scenes to keep the game going.
2. You're going to need a lot of programming to even get the game going without the h stuff.
3. Once you're ready to put h stuff in, you're going to need a lot of conditionals to keep the events interesting. For example, you could easily use a classic "corruption" level but you'll end up with repeating events.
3a. For example, if the "FMC is stuck in classroom", turn 1 scene, turn 2 scene, turn 3 scene, etc. path plays out. You're going to run out of scenes fast with how big the board looks
3b. How does the day night cycle come into play here? If FMC is stuck on a trap, scene progresses. An entire day passes? Not understanding this
I think you should release a very small demo, with a single variation of scene, without images and pure text. Just to see how it plays out. An NTR game like this is diffcult: too easy and the game is irrelevant. Just make it a gallery simulator. Too hard and people will bitch and moan. Too easy and you have to intentionally lose to get scenes.
