Well..to be fair to the devs, you can't always make concessions with everyone. Overly critical people are everywhere. What matters the most is consistency and execution I feel. So if you have a set objective in mind with the game, and you stick to it and cater the game to the target audience who are actually into those kinds of genres and fetishes, you will strike a positive chord with your player base.

The bad thing is lack of consistency and introduction of one too many curveball routes and/or genres in the game that deviate greatly from the original script. That may/may not have some unwanted consequence in terms of overall negative perception of your game based on your player base's sentiments.

As always it depends. Your mom with your dad is not NTR, but her getting nailed by your bully is. Yep, don't try to hit every niche, pick one or two and focus on them. Things you like will end up better overall since it's something you are into.

Mtool was being laggy as shit for me so I had to stop after spending 10min on the initial BJ scene with the girl and the MC just standing there. The MTL seemed especially terrible too, lol. And no idea wtf that intro scene was, made no sense. Yea, Did not seem very NTR to me. Mostly Netorase. But again, I didn't get past the first scene, it just dragged on so long, and mtool was super laggy for me.

I gonna try using translator++ and give it a go, but my expectations are pretty low after that start.
