I honestly do not mind it because I am not role-playing as the Main Character, or MC. Like in The Adventurous Couple, for instance, Anne is NOT my wife, and I am NOT her husband Tony (I think is his default name). So, when Anne is going around fucking other people, I don't take any personal offense to it and it doesn't bother me in the slightest since I am just an observer of the story.
And this is me asking with the utmost respect, why does NTR bother you, or why are you offended by it if you're not actually part of the story?

The people who find NTR offensive are those who insert themselves into male protagonist (called immersion), and then cannot cope up with the loss of so called virtual 'lover' and the game situation starting to overlap with their reality.
So, to not hate NTR or rather any fetish:
A. Do not immerse yourself into the protagonist. OR,
B. Just enjoy and keep in mind that it is still a virtual game, not real life.

This, is the answer. I personally enjoy NTR because I don't immerse myself in the MC. I see it as just a story, someone else's experiences. Just the thought of it is exciting. Just like how women fantasize about being raped but actually don't like being raped.
