I don't know but I can list requirement here:
+ Event place: Inn at crossroad or inn at port town
+ How to trigger: Talk to inn owner when high lust (>=150)
+ Note: Don't bring Yarizo
+ After talking, the price will be 0. Sleep at that inn and the event will trigger
