The new sample screenshots(and the headline picture) makes this game look like something out of a horror genre, imagine the robot being a yandere, a real yandere on the story. Would be funny if this had a female protagonist(or futa), to spice it up.

I think anything added that may be "controversial" should be optional. Plenty of weirdos people want pregnancy, but plenty of others don't. Plenty of cowards people don't like anal, but others do. Some dweebs people don't want Jun to have a cock, but some people do. Things can be added and if you like them, great! If you don't, just ignore it and it won't affect you!
I would argue "big belly" is equally as easy to add as "seamless strap-on". Well, there is argument to be also made about developer time, time spent by dev on something someone doesn't like may as well be wasted, so also how niche a fetish is would affect how much time it should have put into it in total. (Though tbf I feel like if you see multiple things nearly winning the vote, you should at least try to put both in, because it doesn't literally have to win for you to see that's there's clearly enough interest to add it [but I understand development time matters and needs to be taken into account and asking them to at least double their workload is a lot {but like fuckin come onnnn dude}])

My two cents on the idea of pregnancy in the game is a hard no, unless it's just something like a "pregnancy module" that just gives her a big belly so you can act out pregnant sex during streams, I guess.
Pregnancy in a game where the timeline is hard set like this is just complicated and the dev would have to finagle something like a "whoooa birth three days later because technology!" thing.
That said, I just wish the Patrons would vote for internal upgrades because the game really doesn't touch that stuff much.
Like bro, $7000 worth of Patrons voted for the #1 choice... being able to pick more spots to put your hands during sex. That's it.
#2 was a threesome with some NPC (someone named Annalie or something like that. Who is this? The shop woman?)
#3 was body size options, being able to pick bigger thighs, boobs and butts for Jun. #4 was a new apartment.
Supremely zero-IQ winner, that's for sure.
Pregnancy was #5 and #12 is a larger womb. There was like 25 poll options in total.
Of the top three, #3 should've won, it's the only one that helps fill in a niche that needed filling, the utter lack of body customization on Jun. The only options so far for her is limbs on/off and the color of things.

Better idea: 3D printer womb. Cum converts into resource points and you can use those points to print out various smallish items for you inside her womb. Going a bit with the game's humor, you can start out by printing little 3" anime tiddy figurines that you can sell for some pocket change, but later upgrades let her print out things like a new GPU for your computer, or merch to your streamer fans. The final upgrade is a full-size body pillow of her, which she struggles to push out once it's done, birthing a huge pillow in a goofy cutscene.

Honestly given that the sex is pretty big part of the gameplay, being able to have more interactions IS a notable thing that will affect the game positively. It was really being undervalued in the previous post. Though I also wish there was a way to keep your hand or mouth on a place without having to manually hold it given all the other things requiring mouse control in the scenes.

I think what threw the poll off is that it's not a poll to decide what is "best" or most fun, it's a poll to decide what is most "agreeable", since they're multiple choice polls. More places to put your hands during sex isn't something most people will say "ugh, no" or "nah, that's boring" to, so basically everyone's gonna tick that box, even if it's something that they don't particularly care that much about.
If the winner was something more interesting or impactful, I would've been shocked.
The "proper" way to do a poll like this is to do this poll, the top 5 then enters a poll where you can only pick one and THAT winner is what gets added next. That way it cuts out the ones people don't care about and the best one is what gets added

That's a reach, borderline cope, since grabbing her waist/hair/hips isn't a new interaction when it's the same poses; it beat out entirely new sex actions like thigh sex, handjobs with/without an onahole, footjobs and rough play, a variety of sex toys you can use on her, or sex in a whole new location like the changing room. Everything was being undervalued in that post. Annelie is the shopkeeper and the single most notable NPC, she's got a longer storyline than even the church by this point. Of course people want to fuck her with Jun.
That's also an upgrade to the sex options in a game where having sex is literally half the available game space.
Pregnancy isn't bad because it's about sex. It's bad because lore-wise sexbots being unable to get pregnant is a big fucking deal, and so anything which gave them an option to give birth would naturally be a massive, international problem, which isn't the scale this story is working on. This is about some loser loner being healed by a loving robot wife. Not about how China solved all the things forever and now sexbots have to be legalized again because the reason they were made illegal is no longer relevant if you have X upgrade.
More POVs, more places to put your hands, and the option to bring other girls into the scene would all be really good additions to keep the central gameplay loop of fricking Jun kicking. In particular if I were the dev I would focus on options that can be used immediately, because currently the early game is really quite boring and feels long-winded. Waiting for Jun to reboot gives very few options and very little vigor to the sex.

My bad, that was straight-up admittedly my fault for not recognizing her name, I really just refer to her as some variation of "notZone-tan" or "that lady in the shop". Plus I generally just buy the clothes I want then never have a reason to visit the shop again, I legitimately didn't know she had a plotline or that people have a reason to care about her.
(EDIT: accidentally submitted my post, gonna continue below.)
It's kind of a downside in some of these VN games where something is triggered to happen if you go to a certain place at a certain time, or you have to visit a random NPC X number of times, there has to be a reason to come back, and most VNs that do this, don't. Example here, I don't know if her plot unlocks based on money spent or number of visits, but I got the clothes I wanted in about two trips, so I never had a reason to come back, ever, whereas another player might want to collect 100% of all clothes, and would easily get the event plot chain thing.
Ways to fix this while leaving the trigger alone:
A. Clothes get damaged over time and/or via actions like answering a viewer's request for you to rip her pants apart for a monetary bonus during a stream. Either way, you will need to replace them eventually.
B. Stream watchers get bored of the same clothes all the time, rewarding variety. (Could also just be a generic bonus for changing things up every so often, with a bigger bonus for wearing X for the first time?)
C. The clothing selection is smaller, but upgrades (the number of picks per visit, the size of the overall pool of outfits that can be rolled, more color options, discounts, weirder outfits, etc.) as you buy from her shop, rewarding you with both the events and access to more/better outfits, making absolutely sure the player is incentivized to continue the plot.
C2. I guess she could instead have a "rewards program" where X money equals Y points, which you can use to redeem for stuff, and/or maybe upgrade her shop?
D. Occasional emails from her, offering discounts or limited-time outfits. (Could probably hide meme/gag/dumb outfits here, too.)
E. Occasional emails from her, nagging you to come back and buy stuff because sales are slumping / she's broke / she's lonely.
F. Streamer viewers might send requests like the commission website does, but they request existing clothes bought from the regular clothing shop, so you'll have to go there and look out for certain clothes sometimes (or just build a huge horde of clothes), ranging from simple things like "put her in thigh-highs" or "red shirt pllllzzzz" to asking for a whole specific outfit with specific colors, though there's no downside for ignoring any of these requests.
