Jane has to be invited else Ari would have to do a MAJOR overhaul of the pool party. It would involve a largish amount of recoding. As for the sex with Jane, she initiates it. Same as Daniela did in chapter 1. The MC is going along with it.

Forced sex scenes are only "forced" if they serve the story. Jane was always going to be the main's gf... what happens next (your choices) will determine how long, what will happen, and the outcome of that relationship. I am not a big fan of Jane, she's lives up to her name and is very "plain Jane" (so far). But then I am not into blondes, rather go red or brunette.
