You probably don't understand either that there are creatures named women who also play such games and some males are curious to see how it feels to be a woman, it's named curiosity.
But well if you live in a cave with your fellows around the fire waiting for going out hunting some mammoth and maybe catching a female in the next cave after knocking her out with your mace, you may not understand this!

While you can change the relationships, making the girls related to MC doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the story, especially if you change their ages as well. Unless there's some surprises further down the storyline.
