I'm not much into the lesbian stuff when playing with a male protagonist.
But I don't think that scene is enough to be considered lesbian. I also don't think a kiss can be considered lesbian stuff. There are several games in which two or more girls look at each other naked and praise their bodies and even fondle each other a bit, but nothing sexual happens.
I think this category only includes cunnilingus, masturbation between girls (with the hand or with sex toys), nipple licking maybe and obviously scissoring / fucking. Something explicitly sexual or romantic, basically. I don't know how that scene played out as I decided not to watch it in full, but I don't think there were any explicit sexual implications. Just a little fondling and appreciation of their bodies. If I'm wrong about something, please correct me.
That being said, I hope we are not forced into this content. Especially with love interests. Aurora is my main love interest (maybe a little less now after her rework) And obviously, I want her just for myself. I like Sia, but only as a good friend.

You may be right and I don't discount what you're saying about Sia, but I still wouldn't expect a fast progression from Andrea. There's a formula that a lot of devs follow for the "end game girl" and she fits the bill. Note, the end game girl doesn't have to be the very end of the game, it's just a term I use for girls whose content is held back for a period of time for whatever reason. There are a few questions you can ask to see if a girl can be considered. The more yes answers, the greater the likelihood of "end game" status.
Is she the "landlady?" ---- Yep, and an actual landlady this time too!
Does she have big boobs? ---- I'm gonna go with yes on this one.
Is her content being teased? ---- It's ep 4 and have we even seen her fully naked yet? Maybe I missed it b/c I'm focused on my girl Aurora.
Does her sex content start with a HJ? ---- Yes, and that means sex will probably progress through the standard AVN flow chart (HJ, BJ, Boob job, Thigh job, etc...with most being clothed and full sex obviously being last).
Not an exact science I know,
but I've seen enough of these to know an end game girl when I see one. And then you look at girls like Mi-Sun whom you meet and immediately have full sex with. It would be different if full sex would be held back with most of the girls like some games I won't mention, but here some jump on your pole right away. Hopefully, for Hargas's sake I'm wrong though. And maybe the dev will see this and include full sex with Andrea in ep. 5 just to prove me wrong. In which, case, Hargas, you're welcome!

So of course if giving the ultimatum to be a male escort or jailbait I’m probably gonna lean towards the male gigolo route as well. main problem is if you don't take a pill then there isn't even any kind of plausible explanation as to why any of that scene happens.
and then was there even any blood on him? were his hands beat up too?
I didn't see anything like that, so just opt for the cops to get called, evidence gets recorded, blood tests are done, drugs are detected, the club would be just as fucked.
Once its in court that Eva women is totally fucked for making secret porn without the women's consent, it'd be a whole shit-show.
Don't think I can be bothered with this VN after this update unless some shit gets fixed.

Sort of like life sometimes. Personally I think it's a matter of what would you do. I took the pill so my mc made the conscious choice, some that didn't their mc was a bigger victim... I don't know if that will come to play later or not but to me it still makes sense but as one poster said I'm a "fanboy" because I actually enjoy this vn...
