Just right-click in the game folder, select new, and then folder, and name it "save." If that doesn't work, change the name to "saves" (it's been a long time and I don't recall which name that old RPGM version used).

If you read and followed my directions in the post right above yours and it still does not work, then I don't know. But, if you posted without bothering to see if your question had already been answered, follow the directions in post 1904.
Did you follow the installation Instructions in the same named spoiler in the Original post in this thread?

On the page where you have the game.exe (start), create a folder and label it "Saves" restart the game and you should be able to save. I did just that and it works perfectly.

Do you know if the dev has plans to do another Officer Chloe game? This one is awesome and I'm sure a new Officer Chloe would be even better. It would have been perfect if you could use the mouse and if the Textbox could be faded out to leave only the script visible.

Press F5 and fn keys together. You get almost fullscreen.

I'll be damned. We've played several hundred games from F95, and in all our research we've looked for games with female protagonist + corruption + RPGM, and we've never seen this one before. Fuck me sideways with a jackhammer.
By the way, the walkthrough indicates the NTR route begins by kissing Denis (one of the police officers) on the first base. But are you stuck on the NTR path once you kiss Denis? I mean you can't go on a date with him on Non NTR path, right?

Well, on day 12 it looks like some, if not more, bugs have been left behind. If I understand correctly and I'm not mistaken regarding the NTR and non-NTR route, though.
Kissing Louis on the first date, we're on the NTR road. Not very logical, but hey, that's the path I took, so I'll continue like that (I don't want to start from the beginning, at least not right away).
I'm at the point where (day 11) I'm looking the calendar and Mc says she remembers that Louis has to come in the evening. The day passes and arrives in the evening, but after her nap, it is the sheriff who comes to see her for a debriefing, instead of Louis. In the morning (see the image below) she thinks about last night, as if she had spent the night with Louis. Better yet, the sex scene has been in the gallery for a few days in the game ('Don't rember when exactly when it happened), without it happening during my playthrough.
Can anyone tell me if this kind of bug happens so often?

I like the general idea of the game. It's not that bad. There were a few things I didn't like that kind of turned me off.
The most important issue I had was the u turn the game takes when she goes under cover. It seemed like the game was going to be more about her slowing being corrupted by the police officers, but at that point it almost seems like they become the good guys.
The Sheriff starts out with dialogue that sounds like he wants to corrupt her and turn her into a toy for the men at the police station. He practically sounds like a thug. The men also seem to have no regard for her personal wants and just desire to have sex with her.
They all gather together to watch her get changed on hidden cameras and seem to indicate that this will happen again in the future. It never does. I was disappointed in this because it was actually my favorite part of the game up to that point. Having the men peek at her was fun. They could have done other things like blackmailing her to not wear panties and underwear, given her a new outfit to watch her while she changed, or told her she needed to train/exercise, watched her do that, and watch her take a shower on hidden cameras.
Louis says that he would rape her in order to have sex with her, but this never comes to fruition. Like the Sheriff he actually seems protective of her in the second half of the game. There's a point where you reject him and he meets you in the police station. She says that he seems down and she will make it up to him, but nothing happens. This would have been a good opportunity for revenge rape or something of that nature.
The game rushes into sex scenes to fast. She can get gang banged by thugs and blackmailed into sex by the mayor before she's even given a blow job. It seems that things are a bit out of order in terms of sex events happening.
Once she goes under cover the game takes a completely different direction and becomes a bit boring IMO. She quickly becomes a bit of a sex slave. The story isn't that interesting. It seems to contradict what happened in the beginning. The characters aren't always consistent form start to finish.
Personally, I would rather have had the game continue to be about the men at the police station. Perhaps she would resist their attempts, but they would continue to watch her change in the locker room, get evidence on her, use it get her to lewd things like show off her body parts or give them hand/blow jobs. They also seemed shady enough to flat our rape her from their dialogue at the start. It would have been interesting to see scenes where they lured her into a trap at the police station at night or planted evidence on her to get her in jail so that they could rape her at will.
The bestiality, milking, and voyeurism was interesting, but felt a little bland because she was such a slut at the end the guys weren't even interested in her. It made things kind of boring. I would have preferred to see the horse screw her vulva instead of her anal cavity, but it's not a huge deal.
Her backstory made no sense to me. She had been used, raped, and controlled, but didn't seem to act like someone that did. Personally, I think she would have been better off without that backstory.
The sheriff uncle/niece relationship wasn't really my cup of tea. The niece was hot, but it would have been more fun if she had been corrupted by the other men at the station or thugs. She seemed like a dominatrix and it would have been fun to see her get turned to the being dominated side of things over time.
She's way to submissive and 0 morality. It's almost a turn off like it was to the men when she gets to such a broken point that she's just randomly looking for sex or taking her clothes off without concern.
Another scene that I enjoyed was when the prisoner was getting her to take her clothing off for information. There could have been more scenes of coercion/blackmail like this as I mentioned earlier.
During the voyeurism scene where she's walking down the street in her skimpy outfit I was disappointed with the end result. There were only three men and it seemed like a lot more. They also just made her cum and then left her. It didn't seem like enough for a end scene where it seemed like something more was going to happen.
The clothing was kind of blah. It never really reached complete fruition. Her work outfit was never fully modified and her dresses were never shortened. I didn't really like her prostitute outfit that she had. I thought the others looked better even though they covered more. Her original rookie outfit was actually pretty hot. The smart dress wasn't as good, but was starting to get better as it was modified, but it stopped at the top unfortunately.
Overall, I enjoyed the beginning and the police spying on her in the locker room a lot. If the plot and characters had been a bit more consistent and focused on the corrupt police men's interactions with her then it would have made more sense. It also like many hentai games needs better pacing when it comes to sex scenes. There shouldn't be progression not right to sex, gang bang, or total nudity without having gone through the initial steps seems to make it nonsensical.
The whole theme of police woman or military woman being corrupted is one of my favorites. For that alone I have to give it at least 3 stars. It seems almost like someone wrote the first part of the game and another wrote the second half. There's way to much sex crammed in.
