I'M not saying anything of the sort. The people who coined the term (hentai mangaka) do, as evidenced by the hundreds of manga with virtually this exact setup. Nhentai is just an archive site, you can see the same on any other. Many of those manga even have NTR in the title, so it's not just "insecure incels" tagging it as such.
