I think it's the latter personally, considering how many people with "less than readable english" i encountered here. Not a small amount let's just say. At least he's trying, unlike people who can just throw phrase in their own language without any translation. Now he just needs to try reading a bit of text here, so that he\she can find any information him\herself.
And i can try to translate his\her words further: While he\she consider most of the women as "usually ugly", he\she does very much like uncut dick model, and that's probably why he\she plays and follows the game. At least that's what i gather from this and previous posts.

I would have thought anything that looked different to the generic Daz characters I see in hundreds of games would be welcome but I guee tastes vary.

Actually, anything that looks different can just as easily cause completely opposite reaction, as apparently quite a lot of people do love those generic supermodels and can't tolerate much else. And we can see examples of that in pretty much every thread where dev tried extensive customizing. Just calling models "ugly" is very mild, people here can get much more hardcore.
