I was in the same position a few days ago. You have to sacrifice one of the three modules you found in the drawer, it was recommended that I overwrite one of the hairstyles.

Is it possible to get the new book to progress with Anna or is that the current stopping point? I've read 20,000 Leagues, but I can't see any way to progress further.

I've been enjoying playing this but I gotta be honest it's been a little grindy.
did I miss something or is there no possibility to change the clothes of tinkerbelle after her clothes and hairstyles ar produced?

You miss something.
This option is just not there at the beginning of the game, it appears later.
