I believe (I might be wrong) it doesn't matter if you spread the points on choices like this since, from my experience, the choice at the pool didn't matter much (besides the +1 point) while the train choice gives you some later dialogue (in Japan and back home if I remember correctly) with the girl you got the gift for.

You can get full points only for Rebecca, for Clara, Lauren or Judie you'll end up with 1-2 points short of max if you try to get full points on one of them. You don't seem to need full points to get the best ending so I'm assuming there is some margin for error in case you lost point for something and didn't notice.

Now since I've been playing with the WT mod, everytime a creampie option is available, per the mod, the creampie is highlighted green or not at all. Well considering I make liberal use of all the save slots, so I end up making a save before every major choice or lewd scene, so I went back and loaded up the scene with Judie in Japan. Having played it a second time to make sure, I can confirm we have sex with her 3 times that night, and the 3rd and final time is when the MC actually creampies her or give her a facial. Going by that logic I opted to cum inside Iris during the threesome with Judie as the first time we came inside her did not have the greenlit creampie option.
