Did you accepted Astaroth's offer in Briarhod during the allucination? Or did you picked the grimoire instead of saving the girls in he mansion? those are two crucial steps that can give a bad end ( did the priest offer you his help during Rebecca's wedding, that's a sign that you should be on the perfect path).
My guess is that you went for the book first than protecting the girls, when escaping Astaroth's mansion. But I don't recall exactly if it's that, I need to replay it.
To have both scenes, you must have bought the aphrodisiac (you can find out if you have it at the pool party, for example. I'm just saying "bad decisions and elephants"). If you have it, then Iris and Judie (or one of them) take your bag and find the mysterious bottle, which they think is a drink, and drink from it.

I actually was debating on what to take and of course made a save there, I took the one that is like the viagra stuff, thought that might come in handy for a threesome or something but looks like it had no effect on anything (or did I miss it somewhere getting used too? was it actually used at Jasmines party when you go make the cocktails?) and the last one that gave me the hallucination with astaroth, assuming the anti back pain thing doesn't have any effect on anything too
MC tries to use the aphrodisiac on the cocktails, at the party, but a certain someone who should have used the elephant grabs the drinks and drinks them himself (Karma). Other than that, your choices at the apothecary are absolutely right too, I think the Astaroth hallucination is crucial to the ending. Since you also got the good ending, I can't really imagine that you made a serious mistake somewhere and I can only imagine that you simply have too few points for Judie. I always tried to keep the points about the same. I don't have access to my old save at the moment, but I think there was maybe 1-2 points difference or so between the sisters.

replayed it with the aphrodisiac, man got another laugh with that elephant scene and ofc got the last scene with Judie and Iris too so definitely had enough points. I'm also assuming there aren't any special hidden scenes you are aware of if you max out the points?
I think I remember that it is not possible to have the maximum number of points (on all) LIS who collect points. I don't remember exactly how many points I collected in total, but I definitely didn't have any hidden scenes. If my memory serves me right, all available scenes should be viewable within the VN, I mean there was some kind of library somewhere for re-watching all scenes seen.

I have all the scenes in the gallery and I know about the different endings but I am not sure if I want to see them, kinda keep the good/harem ending as the true ending for myself. don't wanna see any sad shit I get too emotional with that, it's sad enough by itself I already finished the game
