Excited to see where this one goes, the newer sex animations were a huge step in the right direction and moved ahead 4 years in graphic fidelity!

Not recently, but there should be one hopefully in a month or so.
This was answered so many times. At the beginning of the game you're suppose to be managing a website from your home.
So click, and click and follow what's the character is saying until the game begin and you've choices (open his emails, work, etc.).

TImothy is Timmy, right? There is a small bug. You have to pay the rent to skip the Landlord event ( wife went to the Landlord to 'pay' rent ) on Sunday night or Monday ( forgot which ), so that the second Timmy event will happen on Tuesday. Mr. WarmBeer is made aware of this bug and most likely it will be fixed in next update.
i kinda like this game so i hope updates come soon enough before i kill myself
