This Universe, if you have been following this Dev it's something that's ocassionally said by them for quite awhile.
Stuff like these (non sexual games) is just screaming for unwanted attention from people who can shut this place down...

If anyone here is curious? Try to find the first original version of the game that was released for us all to play with. I think you can find it on itch.io .
I recommend it to anyone to play and then compare it to later versions as you will notice something.
While it’s well written and drawn well, the game itself has a weird undertone to it. Namely that each ecchi or lewd scene barley counts as such and seems to go out of its way to NOT let you see anything lewd at all and covers it up.
Something that needs to be pointed out is all the actual soft core stuff was added way after in mini updates before reaching the most recent school update. That’s important I feel because and I’m going by the developers own words on discord?
I think they never intended to actually have proper echhi or soft core stuff like this till near the ending and wanted to pretty much do the willful misleading stuff instead and do the “ and then they get interrupted” or “ and then this happens!” Thing where it goes in a different direction, than how it was initially presented.
But well. The developer is working with soul centinel and well known porn artists and creators. I have very little doubt that these were added because they wanted them and not because the developer wanted them in. And I can’t blame them.
A lot of things about the developer give off the feeling he’s got a huge, but fragile, ego and likes making fun of people. He’s got writing talent, not going to debate that. But he’s clearly got ego issues and enjoys feeling superior to others and rubbing it in. Which makes me wonder how much of his original plans included doing a lot of that, but the team changed it to be more balanced.

If its true I must have COMPLETELY missed it. But its hogwash anyway (not from you from the dev), there's a masturbation scene in the game already.
There are animations, it’s just that you probably missed them if you were spam clicking. Just one click can skip a cutscene. There’s only two animations currently. The first is when numbuh 78 breaks into MC’s room, and the other is right before the MC breaks into 78’s base.

Call it karma for being a dick about his characters then. Caring about them is completely fine but being a helicoptor parent for a bunch of pixels is just pathetic.
The game is free and the main dev actively discourages donations to him, instead saying to donate to the artists. That, plus the fact it’s based off an existing IP and ecchi loli, means that it’d probably die on Steam. I don’t think anyone at Warner is gonna give a shit about a long dead show, so F95 should be safe.
WB ain't gonna give a damn but since it's bit popular parody game which might be found on search results it will fall on the radar of some people who would rather be quite upset about the existence of this site showing, again one of the popular TV shows that aimed for kids.
