It helps to know these things because the tags are dating sim and romance, it doesn't say anything about her being a sex worker. Dating sim implies there is full control over who you have sex with.

this aint unique though, every other patreon funded game looks like this. it aint bad but it certainly isnt original or unique. Anime assets on the other hand are mass produced, and japan is decades ahead in eroge industry, they've been making games, more over the erotic kind since the 80s. Westerns , lets say - legend of kora and the likes- styled, are good, they have a close resembelance but its not the real deal. Other than that, they can only ever manage rick and morty styled or family guy level ms paint drawings

I love the fact that the female characters are not all cookie cutter versions of the same girl with different hair colors, that they have real proportions(no basketball boobs, not all have flat stomachs) and that the dialogue is realistic(like complaining about keck hurting while performing cunnilingus) plus not just repeating the same old 10 sex scene phrases, that seem to make up so much of the dialogue in these type of games.
