It's a little over half a year's difference, and a lot of groundwork was laid for future updates in those 17 months.

And it's on the devs to show that the groundwork they laid actually means something, lest they become like the tons of other flash-in-the-pan game devs.
It happens all the time, new devs explode onto the scene with a fun new game, are crazy active for a bit following first release, and then burn out for some reason or another (one of the common ones being engine restructuring.) I want Orc Massage to do well. I've pledged to them enough in the past to get a steam key. If they really did spend 17 months rebuilding the game to make their future updates easier to implement, then the ball is in their court. They can only prove us wrong from here.
Historically speaking, though? Seeing this behavior from many other devs?
I'm not holding my breath. (not that I have to, Steam key and all that)

Grinded for all purchasable items and attempted to do the mermaid, and I can't click the massage table? Also, can you save your progress yet?

I think this game is fucking cursed cuz I downloaded both from Pixeldrain and Gofile and it stops the download right at the end.

I keep getting this error when trying to unzip it with WinRar, does anyone know what is going on?

Not sure if I'm clicking wrong, but it seems impossible to read the after-massage comments that come once you get your grade. It just skips right past it.
No, that's just a bug that started with the massage system overhaul. It'll get fixed eventually.
Progress is saved automatically after every massage session (after you get your rating). And you have to fill the room with water before you can start the massage for the mermaid by clicking the window when she's in the room.
Okay, glad it's not just me.
One more kind of significant complaint though while I'm at it, I like the cute animations of Orc actually doing his exercises, but I don't think we also need an unskippable scene of the boxes arriving, orc picking them up, sweating afterwards, and then an exterior transition shot every time upgrade a stat.
