Is there magic in this universe? Up to this point it seemed fairly mundane, fantasy chars in a "real world" setting.

No clue. Try restarting your computer and browser, or even try a different browser altogether. If it's still giving you problems, it might be a network issue and you'll just have to try again another day.

Sounds like youre having internet issues. Small fluctuations can cause that. Try a different link or check whats wrong with your connection.

Pause and activate (not redownload) again. It was the same for me. It took a while cause Chrome does some checks in the background.

The gallery option reads a save file to know what all you've unlocked. From there, it opens a specialized instance of the game where you can call any girl, set their hearts, give them any massage, or go straight into their sex scenes.
