Pretty much, yeah. A lot of them are just sex scenes and such. I put little (Recommended)'s here and there, but a lot of it is whatever. Only a few of them needed real information. Some others got information just to clarify outcomes a bit, like the two choices you make to get the full Cat scene in the bathroom. Some of them, yeah. Others though are pretty much "do you want to date Evelyn? Yes/No".
P.S. There's a correct answer to that example.![]()
Yep. I get why a guide or mod would be handy.Pretty much, yeah. A lot of them are just sex scenes and such. I put little (Recommended)'s here and there, but a lot of it is whatever. Also, you'd have to be an asshole to turn down Evelyn.
I had fun playing this without a wt... I always use URM coz many AVN devs are fucking ambiguous about the choices and have a point system, which just annoys me. This one has pretty clear decisions most of the time, maybe a few exceptions like how to get the full scene with Cat etc.Yep. I get why a guide or mod would be handy.
Just wanted to emphasize that no one should feel like they need a guide to have a good reading experience, unlike some AVNs with tons of "gotcha" choices that derail the harem or LI paths.
Also the most important choice of this chapter was pretty self explanatoryI had fun playing this without a wt... Recent versions of URM give you some control of the textbox IIRC.Didn't see any optional downloads in the OP, so had to ask here after starting the game and having issues reading...
Is there perhaps a mod to add and/or darken a text background to make it more readable? I think there's a generic mod that I'll go and try to find next, but I always look for game-specific ones first.
Cheers.
I had also remembered hearing about one that was a standalone mod, called "Text Box Selector". Seems to work fine including an opacity adjustment. Only drawback is no "black" background, but the blue isn't bad at half strength.Recent versions of URM give you some control of the textbox IIRC.
"Shift + a" will bring up accessibility options, hit text tab & enable high contrast text - White text on black background! Works a treat for meDidn't see any optional downloads in the OP, so had to ask here after starting the game and having issues reading...

Yup, had to do that in a few other games, but it destroys walkthrough mod text coloring. No WT for this game, but I admit I do prefer a ~65% opacity text box, it just makes things so much smoother."Shift + a" will bring up accessibility options, hit text tab & enable high contrast text - White text on black background! I usually go with 40% when there's an option ... and a 2-point black border if that's available. But I only had issue with some of the character names.Yup, had to do that in a few other games, but it destroys walkthrough mod text coloring. I encountered a crash when "Cat bathroom scene" before choose "head or all the way"First attempt at something resembling a walkthrough mod.
- Highlights choices in green for the best outcome or "(Recommends)"" choices based on available content or outcome.
- Some choices have small green notes to indicate the reason for selecting that choice.
- Some choices have small blue notes to indicate unused variables or possible future content.
- Notes made in the dialogue box during certain choices to indicate where to save.
Should be non-destructive, so it can be used with current playthroughs, future playthroughs without the mod if you decide to remove it and updated easily. I could use some feedback on improvements and anything I might have missed. I have no idea if this will work with the Steam release or not.
Changelog:
- v1.1 - Changed a few minor things, mainly just cleaning up text and adding small explanations in a couple of places.
- v1.2 - Added notes to Cash, Homeless Girl, first night with Moonsong, and Cat bathroom scene choices
I see the problem, I forgot an equals sign when adjusting the size of the text. Give me a minute and I'll upload a new version. If you want to fix it yourself, open the ch4.rpy file in the ch4 folder and go to line 712 or search for "All the way" and add an equals sign between size and *.I encountered a crash when "Cat bathroom scene" before choose "head or all the way"
**I'm not quite sure but...when I remove the mod, start the game agian and it don't crash.**
