I was in a hotel, went to a lady's office for an interview - came out of that and went to a room with a secretary (or something) that I couldn't interact with and a conference room - never found a way out of that room and no events were triggered. (Plus I was supposed to be playing without free roam / sandbox)
After you spoke with the lady, you probably sent her a message on the phone about the job at her house, right?

If so, this is the bug that should have been fixed in patch 2.19.7. Here's a suggestion: restart the game, skip to the moment of the police interrogation, and after that, you'll probably talk to an elderly lady and meet the character Juliana. Only after talking to Juliana should you open the phone and send the message to Norah.

Ok, I'll try to give it another go at some point - I just hope that the free roam / sandbox stuff is gone.

Why? Why do this? You're a indie AVN dev not EA or microsoft, so why would anyone download this? What benefit does it have? All I see is bloatware.

I really don't wanna shit on your work, specially before I even try your game but I can't wrap my head around why you would spend dev time on this.

Greetings from a very confused web developer

I didn’t realize I needed to explain or justify why I created an optional feature, haha. But sometimes I feel like people struggle to just be grateful that something exists, right? I could give a short answer like, “I know what I’m doing, so I did it.”

The thing is, Our Home is an indie game, but it’s also a product. And as a developer, I need to keep adding value to my work. My monthly update schedule means supporters are constantly downloading new versions and dealing with patches, which can get exhausting. This feature was designed to make things easier for them.

And yes, I chose to make it public. It’s not some random blotware — it’s a tool made specifically for Our Home. It’s simple, it’s useful, and if paying patrons are finding value in it, that’s more than enough reason for it to exist.

If you chose to see this as an attack sure, you do you. I get it with the assholes on this site.

Still seems a lot of work for very little gain, but if you're happy so be it.
