You do know that otome isn't romance either, otome is just a label you put on a game when you want a "woman" to play it, right? Literally ANY game that is intended for the female/feminine mind is called "otome", even Yuri and YAOI games, right? You know that, right?

You are confused about the point of otome, and opinions like that is why we can't have nice things. Otomes can be erotic just... I depends if you find them since most of those that has bits of that tone do not get localized.
Here an example of one that as far as I know has bits of erotic stuff but may as well never get localize made by Otomate/オトメイト

Otomate is one of those companies that make AAA otomes
There are titles with a bit of a more darker story that get localized because those are heavy plot driven, which are the ones that usually get pick to be localized.

That isn't to say there doesn't exist quite a few otomes and joseimukes, but for every gacha you find with only handsome men, I'll find three with only sexy women (Doesn't even need to be sexual!).

Go to my anime list and look at the tags to notice content tagged for men is 3.6x the amount for women. (This isn't even touching on quality). I don't know what happened that you thought we lived in a world where entertainment mainly caters to women, but there's a reason the term "male gaze" was invented years ago, while people still debate if there's a "female gaze".

I'm pretty sure that their making fun of you because of your comment about Qiu and basically calling them less attractive for having They/Them pronouns and than stating that your used for things not being made for you because your a straight girl which just kinda felt weird.

I agree with Machine_Messiah, that comment specially felt weird when being made in a thread of this game specifically like I agree with every single point made about how women need more porn games made actually for them (More games in general really), but this isn't a porn game and the comment came across a bit tone deaf when you have this whole game for you, not to mention the fact that we rarely get any non-binary characters in Otome (Because while a lot of new visual novels/Otome give you the choice to be non-binary or go by they/them you will rarely find a character, let alone a romantic interest, that identifies that way) so it came across to me a bit selfish even(Since, you know, you have 3 male romantic interests and yet you still are "complaining" about how Qiu isn't catered to you), and you probably didn't mean it that way which is why I didn't comment in the first place and it was most likely a comment based on the experience that you got in this site in general but still thought I mention how it might have come across to jrjkfkrifmfk.

The Bell Chimes for Gold Is another one, too, though it's for "Silver Fox" lovers (I never really finished it to get to the sex scenes, too busy and not that into it, but people's talk and the CGs hold up!). I assume you're looking for eroge otome, and on this site, so I can't vouch for much; so, so, so many "erotic" otome is sex off screen/fade-to-black or, the better ones, sex in text only (no real erotic CGs, unless clothed kissing counts). Also, erotic otomes are more of an OELVN thing, as 2B9SA2 said, the Japanese ones don't get translated or attention, so there's no real way for us English speakers to play them and find out.

If They/Them is such a big problem than use unren to get the script files and then edit them with Notepad++, however I would only do that once the game is finished cause that can be a really (really) annoying thing to do.

Information
This DLC will only work with Our Life 1.5 (or any build released after that in the future)! If you have an older version please update the main game file.

Features:
  • Unlocks the Cove Wedding Story
  • Begin the experience by planning each element of your wedding: selecting the venues, deciding on traditions to include or exclude, picking out your clothes, and so on
  • End the novel by playing through your crafted wedding day
  • Includes new character sprite art, background locations, and more
  • Increases the overall playtime by multiple hours

DLC Install Instructions
WINDOWS/LINUX/MAC:

1. Download the rpa file after purchase

2. Open the folder of your current Our Life Build and find the "game" folder inside. To view folders on Mac you might have to right click the application launcher and select "view package contents" and you may have to open a couple different folders before you find the "game" folder tucked away inside

3. Move or copy/paste the rpa file into the Our Life "game" folder

ANDROID:

1. Download the rpa file after purchase
2. From Android internal storage, navigate to Android/data/ourlife.demo.apk/files/ and create a game/ folder there if one does not already exist.
3. Move or copy/paste the rpa file to the game folder. The end path should look like Android/data/ourlife.demo.apk/files/game/[whichever_dlc_it_is].rpa (the name of the rpa file will be different depending on the DLC it is)

* Note: You may need to grant your file manager app additional permissions to access the Android/data folder.

4. Fully close the Our Life: Beginnings & Always application and re-launch it.

After that, the build you already had will now include all the extra content this DLC gives. You can click the "DLC Info" button on the main menu to check if your content has been successfully installed, or for troubleshooting advice.
