ffive can Ian have relationship with Lena even if Ian said Jeremy that no strings attached and I checked ian_lena_love flag is set to false but in my CHAD IAN playthrough and lena_ian_love is set to true, Ian can ask Lena for serious relationship and she accepts it. I did this playthrough in cheat mode(inbuilt one).
There is some bits for this in the game: for Lena/Ian who are keeping things casually, Lena has option (in Ch.11 prologue iirc) to declare some (deeper) feelings for Ian in the middle of sex. I'm pretty sure there's going to be at least one chance for them to form an actual couple late in the game, despite initial reluctance.
Either that or maybe Ian's lust level is too low? Did you at least get a grayed out option for Open Relationship you couldn't select?

Ian can express desire for relationship with Lena as long as his attitude score (in the Agenda) is at 9+ points, even if he didn't reveal any deeper feelings before (and as long as he isn't in serious relationship with Alison) Lena will agree if she admitted to having deeper feelings for Ian (the
lena_ian_love flag) and didn't fuck Jeremy.Doing it this way will activate the
ian_lena_love variable with a different value, to discern it's a "late" entry of sorts.

Not right now and probably not in the future. It was possible in GGGB and Eva said it was creating more work because she had to do some things twice (with/without implants). That's how I remember it anyways.

In in-game built cheat mode if Ian is going Chad mode and in Ch9 he didn't choose to be couple with Lena. Later in Ch11 after having sex in living room with Lena when Ian went to His room His status is changed from ian_lena_love=False to True automatically SO IAN IS IN LOVE WITH LENA THEY ARE STILL NOT A COUPLE. Remember ian_lena_couple=false is still false, only ian_lena_love variable is set to TRUE. All these dialogues were new too.
In this playthrough Lena was in Love with Ian but Ian was not, they kept things casual and while having sex with Lena where you have to choose tell Ian I love you or choke IF I select former I get this one.

Yes, Ian needs to be on cuck path to reveal to his girlfriend he got hardon from dreaming about his ex getting railed by another guy.

Is there actually an explicit cuck route (or was that sarcasm)? I had no interest, but didn't expect cheating to do anything but blow up their relationship. Or is it too early to tell?
There is an actual route. The choices which activate/advance it are marked with the sad face icon, like mentioned.

The Stan route is great. Because I love this character, I have made my own game and been busy all week. But now I'm a bit discouraged and have to find a game to play again for inspiration.
