That is really a problem with these "puritan" pornlovers! There are games I cannot shake my head fast enough, what some people think is NTR! Example, MC is a friend (just friends and for all of the game) of a nice girl, who has sex with her boyfriend! You know what these "specialists" scream: NTR! Or the fraking superlative of this, the girl in question has sex with her own husband! You have one try to guess what these guys scream: NTR! How can anyone be this, pardon me, stupid? The same here with the pics Jeremy and Ian share: there is nothing even remotely NTR about it, esp. since you have to agree to it.
Or see "Misfits", which is quite a nice fresh game, since it does not coddle you from your choices! If you only think with your dick, don ´t come crying to the Dev. In special, since it is explicitely stated that the game has a bias towards Sharing/swinging/Netorase and there is a full loyalty path too. That should be enough, but you can guess three times what a segment of the thread writers moan about: NTR.(facepalm)
Or look here in ORS with e.g. Alison. You have all the options to deny, nip in the bud, the (future) threesome with Jeremy well beforehand! But you also have the options, even in a full loving relationship with Alison, to decide to try it out since she is (might be since there are ways to stop this from ever becoming a topic) curious about it. With her former boyfriend a complete rivet in bed, this is not even surprising that Alison wants to test out new things in the bedroom. Nothing about these options is remotely NTR!

After playing this game once i must admit i want more Lena and Cindy and Ian, also what Axel did to Lena is a great scene but i will stick with my trio, also i need a way to get Holly in there, the forbidden fruit no such thing, next play is Ian gets all the girls, i see a dark choice in my future a choice between Lena and Cindy the answer is always both, now i also would like to see Ian beat Axel then share Lena and Cindy and switch, also is Ivy another forbidden fruit because that girl is on fire and it's too good to keep her out, i hate that Seymor guy or what the heck his name is, the only woman he should get is his wife. Axel and Ian go dark side, Lena and Cindy there is no way out, they should take down the old guy and give the girls pleasure my kind of a twisted plot.
EvaKiss should develop an offshoot (or sell the rights to an ambitious creator) call Red String Shorts where there is no story, they just release scenes / sex scenes between semi-random ORS characters like this. Updates could come fast (like 2 scenes a month) because it would be easy to do. Then we could have awesome shit like Jeremy / Holly, Cindy/Lena/Axel, scenes with Stan. Stuff we never see in the real ORS. The sky would be the limit.

I dunno. What makes her sex scenes good vs other games is their (usually) plausible build-up and the level of personal agency designed into making them happen. That would be missing here. Without that immersion and emotional investment, you'd be losing the elements that draw at least half* of her user-base to her games vs other porn VNs.

......For me, this is a posibility with story. Axel is a predator that mesmerized Lena in the past and she is under his spell. Cindy wants to be famous and notorius and Axel can give these things to Cindy.......but not free. Is a fact that there will be a path where Axel Will fuck Cindy and probably, not sure, Lena and Cindy at the same time.

Not really, beside her looks she is very high-maintainance and her problems, compared to some other characters in game, self-imagined or very tame. I find it baffling how so many players consider Cindy so great. One of Einstein´s bonmots come to mind.
Alison, Holly, Lena, even Ivy are well ahead of Cindy, IMHO. But then again, that is all in the eye of the beholder.

High maintenance? Follow the story, Wade is a lazy, selfish little dick. She goes to the bars HE LIKES, she does what HE wants to do, but he never does anything she enjoys. He constantly bad mouths her. I was married almost 37 years, NO relationship will last with Wade's attitude. Most women would ditch a loser like him fast. She's quite loyal and doesn't sleep around. She did fool around with the MC once after drinking too much and being neglected and bad mouthed by Wade, and she felt guilty about it and tried to make up to Wade later on, something almost unheard of in most games like this.
Calling a woman "high maintenance" because she wants a little love and attention and wants to do some things SHE enjoys once in a while is honestly ridiculous. Cindy and Holly are my favourites. Cindy strikes me as very faithful to any man who treats her with respect. Wade's pushing her away, and she needs to permanently dump the loser.
How do you do the Lena/Holly Poly path? Every time I even touch Holly with Ian, he flips out and ends his relationship with everyone.

As I said, eyes of the beholder, because in my main Playthrough, what happened in your playthrough is not the case in mine! In my playthrough, even accounting for Wade´s laziness, Cindy comes across as very opinionated and shallow. She laps up even the flimsiest lies, which would even get Louise and Ivy go "WTF". After my Ian giving Wade a metaphorical kick in the ass about the situation of his relationship, he really tries to repair it. Only for Cindy running to Axel again on the day where Wade has a one-time chance to win a major tournament, which is the big chance to get his grove back.
In your main run of ORS, Cindy might be rather nice, but in mine it becomes clear soon, that it is great that she is Wade´s problem to solve and not yours!
That shows quite well, how much work goes into ORS, the differences what choices we make bring about serious variants of what is happening!
I think the main thing is that Cindy and Wade have nothing in common. They both find what the other does to be a waste of time and boring, and you can't have a long term healthy relationship without at least some common ground.

Some people... over and over... continue to get lost on the fact that this is a multi-path game and that their experiences aren't everyone else's. I can only imagine how mind-blowing a game of peek-a-boo must've been for them upon finding out Daddy's face didn't disappear behind his hands.

I feel people have misunderstood Cindy a bit. Is she perfect? No. However, the view that she's a high maintenance gold digger isn't accurate imo.
