I believe DP stands for double penetration, which means one or multiple orifices penetrated by multiple body parts or objects. Commonly, yes, it would refer to vaginal and anal penetration of a woman by two men. Like Eva gives out so many excuses to try and leave Robert at just about every turn, that it really feels like it was supposed to be a set up for Lena making brash decisions rather than thinking through the consequences.
I think he's supposed to be early game concession thing, both in-game for Lena to date someone she doesn't like in order to save her restaurant job, and out-of-game as sexual content for people who want to see some asap.

She's only disappointed when he gives into Ian goading him into a fight at the art gallery (seriously, Ian doesn't get enough flak for being an outright douchebag in that scene), but quickly forgets about it if they have make up sex later on.
You have to remember that Robert is an antagonistic figure to Ian only (and is deliberately set up to be so. In his defense, he was already majorly pissed from his confrontation with Axel and Perry was refusing to own up to what he'd done)
Lena has no idea of this history between them and instead sees a relatively attractive colleague who saves her job (if only temporarily) and satisfies her sexual urges.
Robert is only a douchebag if the player makes him one through their choices.
