I think it is funny how all girls can turn into a slut in this game. Even Holly. If you don't date her or date her, but let her do as she pleases she turns into a porn model as well. taking naked pics for money like all other sluts.

Wait a minute... Who the fuck am I kidding... This is Eva we're talking about. That all will get shafted all to hell.

yeah wildcats cindy wil be WILD cant wait for that on ian/cindy route and the possiblity of a angry ivy that has her claws against cindy would be 10/10 too evil mean ivy would be very dangerous and mean for cindy

cindy has a huge ego so I hope there will be competition at the photoshots that can push cindy in a more daring position because she hates losing(she always wants to be the best and the eyecatcher in the room) maybe ivy/wildcats guys use that against her

Agree. This is a very common cliché - "the ex is back."
But poorly implemented. Ian can solve this problem in the early game by using a Willn point and deleting her photos.
In another game, you know what I'm talking about, this scenario move was implemented better, not perfectly, but better - we had a backstory, motivation for actions and character presentation.
In ORS we have nothing. I can't understand why it is needed, except for the drama.
Eva just has to reveal the backstory in Chapter 11 or else I'll say "poor writing"

I was hoping Gillian would come back ever since Chapter 1! My dream route would be for the Lena-Ian FWB route to have Ian reconnect with Gillian and start having feelings again, only for Lena to add her to her redhead harem with Holly and Louise

Is there a way for Ian to accept Lena's handjob after she rides his face?
There's no handjob, and the followup depends on how you've shaped their relationship so far. A cuck Ian or Ian who didn't have yet sex with Lena will end at that point. For other Ians, depending on the earlier performance you either get a choice for Lena to fuck or deny him, or they proceed to regular sex automatically.

I think it has the potential to tell a story of how a man was cheated on by someone he thought would be endgame and whether he can move on. It's a very human story that can really pull on it's weight if written correctly.
The thing is, the game is already telling this exact story for Lena. So i can see how some people might not be all that enamored with suddenly getting more of the same. But then on the other hand this shoe was clearly going to drop from day one, so no one can really say they weren't given time to brace for it.

I can also say I felt this was way too much underhelming and borderline cliché. Stan's outburst is just meh... Completely uncalled and unprovoked and the way his attitude switches suddenly it's just cringy. There's been some moments I liked less in previous episodes or even in GGGB, but nonetheless things seemed to make some kind of sense, but this is the first time I feel like this was actually bad writing on Eva's behalf. We know from the past that she struggles with this character and here it totally shows. From my point of view, if you have no idea where to go with a certain character and how it's arch is going to develop, it's better to just ignore it and move on. I'd rather she had done with Stan the same she's done with Ed, then to go down this road.

Gillian's return also feels a bit forced and once again very cliché. I know many people want to see that and I can totally respect it, but to me it's not really adding anything to this story that we haven't already seen a million times in other story's. Maybe in the long run it ends up making sense and Eva proves me wrong, but to be honest this feels totally like a soap opera type of move, which is the same vibe I also got from the Stan's scene and also the same can be said by Louise's behaviour all along, which is why she's always been my least favourite character and the only member of the cast from which I feel zero sympathy. Everything about her is always soap opera drama, which makes her extremely annoying and in my opinion quite unrelatable.

At the moment I'm starting to feel like Eva has lost the ability to understand how tension works and balances itself out in a good story, since she keeps building tension and adding some unnecessary drama, specially from Lena's side, while not providing enough release points with a proper payoff...

It's really a shame to start seeing this story following the soap opera drama route, because Eva clearly is talented and she's capable of much better than this...

While I can't disagree with you on this point, I can still say it was poorly handed. I just got to the end of the update with what is supposed to be a cliffhanger and my thoughts were "I don't really give a fuck about this to be honest". And the main reason is that there's almost no built tension around Gillian to make this moment feel like a big deal.

For example, if at some point Ian had already opened up a bit to Lena about his previously relationship and how it damaged him for a while, there would be something more for me to care about. If he also tried to put up a front saying he was now over it, that woud also add more tension to this, because now we would see that when he gets to see Gillian he's flustered. Now we know that when the next episode drops Lena will piece things together and see that something is off between what she's been told by Ian regarding his feelings for this girl and the actual true. Now we get to feel some anxiety from this moment while waiting to see how Ian will handle this moving forward. But we don't get much of that. Gillian as few references so far and her potential impact hasn't been built or developed properly. Plus, I already saw from Lena's side the story of the former relationship from which Ian had basicly no information. I already saw that shoe drop, now I'm just getting more of the same, but with least context. At least we got to know Axel before that, we saw him building tension with Lena, so when things started going down with them, it made things a lot more interesting because we were already invested in this storyline, which is not something I can say on Gillian's side.

The game so far made us little to zero invested in her and if we don't get that, the actual real way to make this more impactful was if never got see a picture of her and probably didn't even knew her name. Eva could very well have all Ian's circle refer to Gillian up until now as "she who's not to be named" and that simple fact would make this moment so much more impactful, because now it would leave us wondering who's this person that Ian just ran into. Obviously most of us would assume pretty quickly who she is, but still that very small lingering doubt is what actually could make this a nice cliffhanger and why it actually felt so underhelming for me and for a lot of other people.
