Am I the only one here who wants to get Lena into a relationship with Stan just so she can cuck him with Ian?
I already have her do that with robert ( well that and so robert can beat his ass twice), doing it with stan would be overkill plus i dont want to reward his creepy ass

You reminded me that I don't have a full on loser Ian playthrough yet. I have one where he is kind of a fuckup, but not an out an out loser.

I just hope Lena finally goes to bed with Seymour in the epilogue.

It doesn't have to be a full sex scene, have the chapter end with another "private modeling session."

Lena gets so horny she begs Seymour to touch her. Seymour asks if she understands what that means. Lena affirms, and the chapter ends with Seymour guiding her to his bedroom ...

On the non-Seymour path, Lena reluctantly goes to bed with Seymour to pay her mom's medical bills.

Open Chapter 12 with the actual sex scene between the two.
That sounds amazing!

So I played this game on the update and realized that overall, this game is lighter on actual story plot when compared to GGGB.

It's very much like a sex fueled soap opera, since all your options matter much less than your sex life does.

In GGGB you could end up with a good job or end up in prison, the choice was yours... but in this game all that seems to matter is how much drama do you want based on how many people you are having sex with.

Both men and women virtually throw themselves at you so it is not a good dating sim like say... Leaving DNA or even Intertwined, which has at least a few girls you actually have to date and won't gave sex right away.

I guess that's all there is to it, and when sex is a cheap commodity as it is in sex VN games, if there is not an interesting story nor some other interesting themes at work (a good mystery or scifi for me), I tend to kind of lose interest.

Unending Void, for all it's flaws, STILL has more of a story going on than ORS, and Leaving DNA has left them in both in the dust from it's inception because of how character and story focused it is.

I won't even mention COBD... the story left the building in that game several updates ago and it became a sheer sex fest.

I don't mind a game with no "story" per se, so long as it feels real, as the more real or plausible something is the more erotic it is. Others feel that real life is too boring so they don't feel invested. Some games manage to deliver an interesting story and erotic content in equal measure, but they're few and far between. Bottom line for me is that ORS doesn't need a complicated plot. The characters are each trying to establish themselves and figure out what they want out of life. Sex and love are a part of that for most people. In a porn game, it's just a bigger part.

This post is the classic example of someone who has a great point, a point that I might even fully agree, but then uses straight bullshit arguments that are either untrue or stupid. Funnily enough, its the 2nd time in 24 hours I find someone doing this :FacePalm: (not for this game in particular, but still...). Also prepare for a serious and long post :geek:. Parts who have spoilers are ACTUALLY spoilers to the specific games, so watch at your own leisure.

First of all, Im gonna make something very clear: ORS isnt a perfect game AND it has its flaws. One of them for me was always the weak portrayal of a "story plot" and that in my opinion Seymour up until now has failed in fueling that story plot appropriately. But like I said, just because you have a great point doesnt mean you can throw shit at the wall and see if it sticks...

In GGGB you could end up with a good job or end up in prison, the choice was yours... but in this game all that seems to matter is how much drama do you want based on how many people you are having sex with.
ORS is trying to be a bit more of a realistic portrayal of real life, so drama is something that is gonna happen eventually... Or in your clearly "vast" experience in life theres not drama involved in fucking more than 1 woman at the same time? Also, ORS already has endings setup for both MC: Ian being a bookwritter or MMA fighter or fail at both, while Lena can become singer/songwritter, model, dancer, pornstar or fail at everything. Who knows if going to jail will be possible...

Both men and women virtually throw themselves at you so it is not a good dating sim like say... Leaving DNA or even Intertwined, which has at least a few girls you actually have to date and won't gave sex right away.
-Are you serious right now? Complaining about people throwing themselves at MCs and you use INTERTWINED as an example? :KEK::KEK::KEK:. A game where 1 of the LIs fucks you 30 seconds into the game and one of them has had a HUGE crush on the MC for YEARS? Also, mentioning Intertwined in the same post you mentioned "soap opera"/drama/story AVNs should be illegal:FacePalm: (Dad isnt dad, mom is a lesbian with her neighbor and you dont know about it, fucking 2 best friends without them or you knowing about it, 2 LIs are sisters and you dont know about it, best friend betrays you in the only moment you need his ass, "rape" for simpathy, etc etc etc).

-Leaving DNA is a promising game and its way too early to be used in a post about story, but again... 2 of them have crushes IMMEDIATELY, and another one of them fucks you in a bar/club toilet the first time you meet her :HideThePain:... At least the Ex makes you work for it even if it is just a little...

-Im not saying ORS doesnt have those characters too like Holly or Alison, but the others? Actually make Ian work for it and actually have to use some stats to get it.

Concluding, your problem anonx5 was the fact that you simply couldnt argument your point with something valid and worth everyones time... Try again next time with some better arguments and MAYBE you can make a fair debate out of it where I actually have to go deep on ORSs character driven story and the multiple choices that you are clearly missing :WeSmart:

PS: Why do these kinds of people always mention INTERTWINED on these kinds of posts man? So many great games to mention and they seem to always use the easiest game to shit on :KEK:
