"In Full Swing" - There cannot be a more apt title for this update.

What felt like a "slice-of-life for adults" till now, has started to turn into a more eroticism focused game. And depending on who's playing, it can either be an amazing or awful decision.

Personally, I felt this chapter had a few scenes, scattered across different routes, where we were almost regressing back to GGGB level of story-telling (which was not bad in any ways, but definitely a lot less sophisticated than ORS.)

Sadly, the biggest victim of this changed has turned out to be Lena. While Ian's relationships (friendly and romantic) have some form of nuance to them, everything around Lena is slowly becoming too straightforward. And after some of the things that happened in this update, I don't think things are going to get any better for her.

Still, none of what I just said takes away from the fact that Evakiss is one of the best developers out there and ORS is still a highly engaging, fun, kinky game about a group of adults, with an insane level of branching. It's just that - things are moving in a more familiar direction compared to previous updates.
I enjoyed most of the things in this update. I believe the game was missing on the sex part until now.

I liked Ian and Lena's sex scenes quite a lot in this path. They aren't dating but are pretty much friends with benefits (just like Ian and Alison). It was also nice to see some bit of progress with Lena&Holly or Lena&Ivy, it made things interesting for the future. Even Miverna&Ian was something quite pleasant to see.

My only dislike was that creepy scene with Seymour and Agnes treating Lena like a thing they could buy for their fun. I expected more of Seymour, despite fearing he was going the creepy rich pervert route.

Stan turning into just a perverted nerd was kinda expected.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think stealing from cafe was removed from latest CH5 build, so game is calling for undefined variable. I'll check the code

So I'm already a big fan of this game and this update was excellent. It had a couple things I've been waiting for a long time to see. I just had one critique that I thought I'd share.
In GGGB it seemed that every sexual encounter was avoidable and had an option just before the fun started to abort if you didn't want that pairing to happen. But in my most recent run of ORS I had Ian and Lena sleep together when I didn't want that to happen. They went on a date as I had planned and then ended up coming back to Lena's place and sleeping together. Just like that. No choices to alter the events. I didn't want them to have that encounter. Now Lena is worrying about HollyxIan (the pairing I actually wanted to happen) and I'm worried that having Ian and Lena together may mess that up in the future. Even if it doesn't I'm annoyed that I wasn't able to choose if they slept together or not, since that seems a rather large detail in a game this concerned with giving you choices, many of them over the sexual lives of the characters. I think it's more annoying because it's literally the two characters I'm supposed to control, and I had zero control over either of them. I tried to find where I told them to go on the date together and I believe it's over a chapter ago. I don't want to go back and replay the entire thing over to fix that (on this run, surely I'll replay it someday and fix that) but at the time I told them to go on a date there was zero indication that the date would culminate in sex.
As a side note, I actually really like when games don't just let you choose everything, it can make a more compelling narrative, especially if it's concerning a rape fetish or something like that. But in this game it just felt like the game broke it's own unspoken internal rules and messed up my plans.
I don't know if Eva ever reads this forum, but maybe someone else had a similar experience and would pass along the sentiment to her on patreon if not? I'm a big fan of the game and would just like to see minor issues like this ironed out before it becomes complicated to do so.

as far as i know almost everything in this game is avoidable you can even get fired or change your job and especially when it comes to sexual encounters everything is avoidable unless it was a bug, in one playthrough i tried avoiding any encounter or any kind of relationship between Ian and Lena but somehow they ended up having sex in chapter six so of course it's bug since we're playing an Alpha version.

I think most people had it coming ever since her very first appearance and by the vibe she gave off. Imo the way her scene played out was a bit too "porno" for my taste, mostly because of how quickly it happened but it was my favorite of the update regardless. Really hope they can keep the relationship going in the office and even develop it further than just rage fucking. One can dream! o_O

Getting errors when clicking Agenda.
NameError: name 'ian_mayor_agenda' is not defined
Do I have to start a new game or is this a normal alpha bug?

You've got to go back and play the game from chapter 4.

Enable the console by unren or similar, and define it to anything. That will fix it.

Despite the fact that Evakiss continues to improve and give us higher quality content with each new installment, although I have to say that at least for me playing as Ian becomes a bit boring or simple compared to Lena (I don't mean to the sex scenes, since with the last two updates there were several very good and sexy).

My biggest discontent so far would be the few options or variations that Ian has when choosing what to do with his life at least professionally, especially after what happened in this update, that is to say that we can only write a book or hold on to a painful MMA tournament that so far little progress has been made.

The second thing that deciphers a bit also is that so far there has been zero progress in the possibility of modifying or customizing Ian in any way.

I would like to know if someone else has the same opinion or what do you think about this, since maybe only I feel that way?
