It's a hidden folder under your user. So typically, it is C:\\Users\*username*\AppDataWhere do i find the "App data" folder?
If you can't see it, you will have to go to the folder properties and make sure hidden files are visible.

Fix for LOAD in phone menu (for my previous unfixed version):
Download the attached file, rename it to "00action_file.rpy", copy it to the
"renpy\common" folder (NOT to the "game" folder!) and overwrite the original.
Alternatively you can use zetake's fix which might be easier to apply.
Thx zetake for pointing that issue out and even providing solutions.

This compression is unofficial and untested, use at your own risk.
Compressing process reduces quality and can break the game.
