My option is grey out for that scene, is it because of Holly route? If yes mean you miss out a lot of sex scene for Ian & Lena if pick Holly over Cindy.The last scene of LenaxHolly its really heartwarming too.

Nope you cannot do that in this alpha version normally, but could be possible through tweaking console
I know beauty is in the eye of beholder but for me that flower tattoo looked perfect on lena

For what I read here:
If you are with Holly and not with Lena, it's not an option.
If you are with Lena and kiss/had sex with Holly, there is an option. (and I tested this)

As for you, thomastm, what choice did you make with Ian/Holly in the beginning of the chapter? If you choose for Holly and Ian to start formally dating, Holly will be unavailable for Lena and Ivy.
