Do we know how long the time skip will be if it follows through? I feel like having a time skip would make the game a little disjoint and disengaging. I already like the pacing and narrative progression of the game. Does Eva have a big event in mind that would make the time skip more immersive?

Mike surely is a guy not many girls would ignore: comfortable in his own skin, athletic and adventurous, but his last name maybe it's a bit stupid. And he probably doesn't have the strongest sense of morals, especially if Lena decides to seduce him... He's a Libra, just like Ian.

I agree with your sentiment. I really want to like Mike, especially with the whole illicit affairs, but he doesn't give the same chad energy that Jeremy and Axel, or even Jack from GGGB, give. I don't really think of Jeremy as possessing chad energy.
Anyway, I think my dislike is more based on personal experiences because while I lived in London I came across a lot of dude's with Mike's style when I went out: Hair where the top is slick while the sides are shaved, some dumb-looking stylized short beard. I've always really disliked stylized stubble, it reminds me of people who get their eyebrows done too thoroughly so they stop looking natural.
