Since I already downloaded 1.08 I ran it through MT really quickly and fixed the lines so skills should work

Open that zipped 1.08 you downloaded and try replacing only nw.dll in your folder with the inside zip the error tells you there's something wrong with it so that's my guess. I don't understand what the last 2 lines say though since I don't understand it.
Yes it is though only ran through automated translation and fixed some parts that could cause gameplay issues so not the best of quality. My grammar isn't the best so I won't bother improving it
One could say English is my most used language despite being my 4th or 5th language

Delete nw.js inside your game folder and just put the one inside the game zip into your game folder really not sure how to word it more simpler

Delete that file and just open the rar file for the 1.08 version of the game you downloaded a couple of pages ago and drag the same file back where you deleted it
If you didn't understand this much I assume the following is always an option

The changelog:
・ The heroine pregnancy examination event did not occur.
Corrected by setting internal cheating rank 2 or higher.
