There's no sex scene for guide girl. I think developer decide to not include it or something.

The compressed version does not work. And the translation fix, has a bug that makes the attack images in the fights not to load.
I would love it to be well translated to be able to analyze it properly, but it has the crude robot translation even with the fix.

if you trigger the scenes where the girl you're after is with another guy yes. if you don't it's not consider ntr.

No, talking to a girl while one of the "other guys" is talking to her will trigger scenes where that "other guy" fucks her instead of "you". It does not trigger a gangbang scene.
