All but 1 rape scene is technically avoidable, in the sense that there's an option to skip the scenes if you get grabbed, and that if you never take damage you'll never have to worry about the scenes. But yeah, it is explicitly that kind of game. But the CGs are also just open in the files, so you can just pull those if you're interested in them - or download a 100% save and just look at the lesbian scenes if you want context.
Sort of? Mostly not really. There's a very early task you have to do, which is getting an engineering cert. You have to go talk to the local gang leader to forge one, and you can choose to either do a task (go to the sewers and get a package) or give him a blowjob.

You can interact with Eva in the best ending, which is the one you get for completing everything (complete all sidequests, get all base upgrades without getting gangbanged, collect all notes). Once you're in the ending, talk to the General next to the exit to go visit Eva.
