A few pages ago the creator said that he did not like the way it ended either, agreed on it being lacklaster and he would update it. Currently getting the ending E gets you nothing. And I mean absolutely nothing, no sex, no interactables on NPCs. Similar to ending B (Get defeated by ACE units) and how it needs a sprite change, the game is not 100% done. Keep in mind also that for most people the game is bugged and they cannot reach ending E, going to C2 or D instead. From what I have found, most cases are people cheating to the Fort, enabling all notes as well. That command in the cheating room though does NOT activate the Note Counter variable in the save file, neither is getting the items through save edditors. I personally beat the game once to get a and then messed up and overwrote my save, so I figured I would cheat. That is how I found this flaw. Way I fixxed is: Activated all cheats, went to fort, found the yellow note and then used RpgMakerSaveEdit (for which I dont have a link but just search it and you will probably find it here) to add all the other notes, then went to advanced settings to edit variables and switches. There the Note Counter now appeared, so I put that from 1 to 8 and I could get ending B, ending D and ending E. Ending C is harder to do like this HOWEVER you can view the endings A to C2 if you beat the game I think. D and E are the hidden ones. Hope this helps everyone.
You mean We're gonna get more endings or better fleshed out endings?
that sounds great

I completed the game from start to finish in version 1.00 and ended up with the exact same circumstances. Completed 6 side quests and got all 8 notes legitimately. Sanctuary quest didn't complete for me and I got ending D despite doing all the criteria for E. So I'm stuck in the same boat as you, just so you don't think you're an isolated case.

Overall, I did enjoy this game and I do look forward to getting ending E when the bugs are fixed.

Ending E is bugged in this version of the game and you can't get it. However, it's already fixed in the latest version of the game

I don't see a post on their patron saying anything about a new version and even if there was, I wouldn't have access until it came here. I have seen other comments about how ending E was bugged, but I wanted to contribute what exactly was the case with my playthrough. What version should I keep an eye out for?

Technical question.
Is all that raping of the main character an inevitable part of the story, or can I avoid it?

I don't mind playing a female main character, but it really pisses me off when someone keeps raping me and there's nothing I can do about it.

All Endings should be fixed as of 1.00.1 (also updated on Steam). If you have a 0.11 or 1.00.0 save from just before planting the C4, it should work for you as intended in 1.00.1.

As previously mentioned along this thread by others, you cannot get Ending D or E by using the Cheat Room - the 8 required notes must be manually collected and several sidequests are not toggled complete by using cheats. Only "C" Ending is available by Cheat Room.

Using menu-based Cheats is completely OK however, and doesn't affect getting Ending D or E.

I do plan on updating several of the Endings, particularly D and E. You see, most games (ie. initial iteration of Fallout 3) have hard endings that just kill off the player or end the game, and have that little consequence drawl at the end, which I really dislike because it felt like the journey ended so bluntly and baldly. So apart from the consequence scene I had Ending Rooms added for each and every ending so you could really enjoy/see the consequences. Since priority was getting the game to completion though, some of these (D and E) are pretty sparse.

I'm pretty happy with the state of "A" (Zara), and "B" (Feinstein), but I'll definitely be rewriting "C" because I'm not 100% happy with the narrative, and back-adding to D and E (I feel like there should be a bigger reward to full completion than just being able to unlock all other endings).

And as I mentioned before in Patreon posts and such, 1.00 just means the game is completed in terms of the main story. I do still plan on back-adding content that was neglected in favour of the main story, fixing up bugs and tweaking maps, and so on. One big thing is the lack of M/F encounters for Juno that I really want to expand on. Another is exploring how female survivors are affected by the infection in a more subtle, sinister way compared to outright monstrous transformations.

Fake Count Those are really good points! I'm definitely considering a few of them. Regarding Gavin though, the original iteration had him dying and begging for a bullet, and Juno outright refusing and letting him bleed out. I wasn't too happy with that one, so I wrote the whole sicc'ing the zombie buffet on him, which I felt was a fitting way for him to go.

I tried my best to write Juno as a very fortuitous "right person in the right place at the right time". The other survivor leaders do a lot while she's out, and the military goes engage in various ops to help clear the way for her, often meeting with mishap while doing so. But I feel like they're not represented too well atm. In the future I'd like to expand on the military by adding a consensual male partner of military background who leads a strike force alongside Juno and does other objectives while she's out.

I thought the lesbian scenes had a fair amount of buildup. Given the situation of the characters - saving each other and helping each other out mid-apocalypse, and building up their relations and overcoming deep trust segments of relationships with relative quickness - it feels like their romantic encounters should be where they are.

C Endings can only occur if you didn't strengthen the civilians, so they are actually fairly useless in the overall scheme of things, unable to contribute all that much, and earning the enmity of military staffers who feel like resources are wasted on them. This is avoided once the civilians are strengthened, so there is a very clear cause-and-effect here.

Foreshadowing the ICBMs and androids in lore is definitely something to consider! I thought the hospital mystery buildup was enough but I suppose it did fly out of left field.

A lot of the other things you reported are bugs which have been addressed in 1.00.1 so I do advise you to update the version!

@Edvin It's 100% avoidable. Juno does not get into any situations unless you lose a fight or surrender willingly. All scenes are also unlocked with progression so there's no drive for you to lose on purpose.

The Devs actually care

Nearly all rape scenes are fully avoidable, at least in regards to Juno herself. There is an unavoidable but half averted scene where Gavin gets half her top off before she manages to grab his gun and the scene ends early. There is also a completely unavoidable rape scene for a generic female soldier when the game introduces the Dryad, but the soldier is unnamed and has nothing to do with you. Outside those two, I believe all rape scenes can be avoided by being careful in combat and avoiding certain traps.

Can someone help me I spoke to Zara and Feinstein
I have activated all 6 generators
What should I do now, both of them ask me to give them the research of Dr. Peterson That I don't have, you know where I can find it?

You go back to the military base, and go down to basement level where Dr. Peterson is located and talk to him. That's how you get the research.

Also, since the game just got patched, anyone got a full save?

Well, well, well, now the look of this project does intrigue me. However, we all know what I will ask, is this a game where I can become infected and then play as a plant person (one of the preview shots sort of looks like that might be the case) and I see there is an infection stat. If so, do I get to have her infected until she is a plant creature and then go through the game as that, or is this one of those types where it is only a bad end and we play as a human through the entire game needing to avoid the monsters?

Either way, to the creator, I congratulate you on completing a project! It always feels amazing to do so! Clearly you care about this game, and I do love me monsters and zombies...

RHFlash - D'aww a pity, indeed! Ah well, still, I am grateful someone has made such a title. And, thanks for letting me know! I'll return to the shadows to lurk about until next I find a zombie game wherein we get to be the baddies, mwa ha ha ha!

The bug with bombing the mainframe to disable the A.C.E units still applies with saves. I get blacked screened, I cannot get the games menu to appear so I reset the game, replay the scene, and still have he same issue. I've been reading the F95 posts over this, I was going to do a fresh start but that maybe out of the question until a fix comes out.

You can do what you want to do but I would strongly recommend giving the game a shot anyway. It's really good.

So am I wrong in hoping for a lesbian harem ending? Or ist that what the ellusive Ending E is?
