Is there a way to make the game actually take up the full screen? I know pressing F4 is supposed to be "full screen" mode but the actual game window is still small, is there a way to make it larger?

You could try and drag the window to be bigger.
I think Agility means which characters will perform their actions depending how high the Agility is.
Luck is mostly useful to do critical hits with Purnima.

It's an RPG Maker MV game. Does clicking the maximize button in the top right not make it take up the whole screen (minus the start menu) for you? It absolutely should.

Wow that's really strange, last night going full screen made the game itself stay the same size and get surrounded by black, now today I boot it up and go full screen and it actually resizes the game to take up the full screen like it should. Wonder what caused that.

Not sure what you mean by futa variant, but there are some futa scenes (both the protagonist interacting with futas and the protagonist temporarily becoming a futa) if that's what you were asking.
