I figured it out. You have to not make Hana your GF, but keep fooling around with both. I assume you also have to have Mina's lesbian points quite high.

If you use the universal one use the hard one and don't have unren in the game folder.

If you care about Mina or Hana only, you might be disappointed, although it makes me wonder why have you even started playing a game where 90% of female characters are MILFs? There's also a problem of unpacking the images instead of playing the game, this just defeats the purpose. Played the update with my main playthrough and I managed to pretty much avoid all sex scenes. I actually wish I could avoid the one I saw because I didn't want to see that. Update was emotional, a bit too much for my tastes. I also kinda didn't like, after all it has been said, that the "gang" put Mina so much in contact with their shitty world.

I did play the game. But in my route I didn't get the Kathleen scene, so I unpacked to see what it was about. Also, didn't I write I like Rosalind scene and some previous scenes with Kat? So how do you get to the conclusion that I don't like MILFs?...
My point is that I don't like a MILF ROLEPLAYING AS A TEEN!!. If you like her like that, good for you. To me, she looks ridiculous like that.

Not sure what you mean because so far she stays out of it. Her being friends/girlfriend with Felicia/Veronica/Hana/Edwin/Ian makes it harder and harder to keep some secrets but I honestly don't think there is any danger she will become a part of this "shitty world" other than being friends with club's owners/employees/participants).
Firstly, she's too successful (even though she's just starting her career she is quite wealthy for her age which her present for Edwin suggests and her being on magazine cover), secondly Ian and Hana like her too much and have too much influence in the PC club for her to come into any harm. I can imagine a scenario where she would visit the club at some point but definitely not as a sex toy/prostitute.
