Don't listen to Elias phone call and don't follow Sophia in the orgy, think that's all.
Several things trigger it actually, as I was able to get Allison's scene and listen in on Elias' call. I haven't looked at the code, but I think some of the things that can affect her score are the conversation in the pool (she has a different look if you pick one option over the other), the conversation at the bar, telling a story about the current carnations instead of letting her tell a story, the choice where you can tell Elias your lips are sealed or not, etc.

You also need more allison points than elias points
I wasn't sure about listening to the phone call, but kept it cause figured it wouldn't damage the chances to get her scene hehe.
Yeah when you make fun of Elias, asking if he's afraid of the other dude that I can't recall the name she smiles :)
The only thing I was sure you have to do to get her scene is "rejecting" Sophia, cause that's mutually exclusive.

i was hyped after seeing 2 hana scene in the memory but i got disappointed even after unlocking all the scenes overall scenes are lame they are just too basic. best scene so far is lucy but she is probably the ugliest girl in the game. I trusts the devs that they will cook next update but still waiting 6-8 months sucks

FREAKING HELL.

nice chapter, for real.

So we really are in hell week now, and still, i really love how everything has going until now, in my game play i have tried to be neutral, half bastard, half lawful, and right now i feel glad i am playing like this, i love how Victoria resolution is bittersweet, but still good, i LOVE Ian in this update, call me weird but he is one of the two MVP here, the other one is Elias, Excelent writing TD, i understand how Elias really is with this update, he has become one o my favorite characters (writed wise) in the game, and it makes Felicia even better.

Still 5 min of Veronica were enough to still have her as my #1.

Hana time was so short in this it pains me but she is really changing, right? And God, i havent been as scare of Kathleen as i was in this update, i understimate the power of the club, completely, i though naively that Elias was powerful, but hell, how wrong i was.

Damn, i want to do another gameplay before i do a real review but, this update has put this game as my #1 actually

Hi!
While the Allison scene is nicely done and I like it both from an art and story point of view, it also shows us that the game is going into crunch time with the number of mutually exclusive scenes rising. And with reason here! The option we chose in the orgy gets logged into the story and will influence what happens to our Edwins.
The orgy choices are 3 disctinct paths to take. Chosing Allison is pro PC Club as it is now, deviancy, excess, selfishness, the "dark" path. It is about Edwin embracing selfishness, becoming a felow as... for the VIP members.
Chosing Sophia is against the Club as it is now, against the evil that are Kath and Chuck, against the total excess the VIP members show, for change in the club, pro ends justify the means, setting a sexual counterpoint, for improving and enjoying the world. It is very clearly the "grey" path.
And the "white" path is not participating at all. It is a choice against the club in all forms it could take, against the diabolical leadership of Chuck and Kath

I would like to hear and discuss your thoughts about how you think the main storyline(s) will go on. We have seen nd learned quite a bit new stuff with this update.

I wouldn't agree with you on the 3 paths, I mean there's some logic to it, but Allison to me doesn't seem more Dark or Selfish, you're not forcing yourself into her or something, and she doesn't seem more or less the embodiment of the clubs deviances than Sophia to me.
I like them both, but from what we know of both, Allison seems a more "normal" person to me than Sophia (sorry Turret:p), I mean you don't have to indulge in Drugs to get any of the scenes, but one of the girls is linked to them and the other as far as we know can be there for the same reasons as our 3 current carnations (being a past one herself) so a less Dark path to me than Sophia that is linked to drug experimentation and testing weird drugs stuff. Really not seeing choosing Sophia being a choice against the club.
IMO we don't really know if Sophia is as evil as someone as Kathleen, but she seems a very cold and uncaring person most of the times.
With all that said I chose Allison just cause I find her more hot, it seems just like Elias I too have a type, I like Felicia a lot and Allison reminds me of her physically :sneaky:
Curios if Allison will be important for the future of the story or if she even be relevant to it (she might be a potencial clue for we to get to know more about Darius though) Sophia will be very important as confirmed by the game creators, but I'm not so sure as you that she's not linked to the "bad" stuff that might happen in the future.

I think it's a bit simplistic to view the sophia "path" as a "white" path, even if the end justifies the means. And I don't subscribe to the theory that Van Doren and she are there to destroy the club. What's the end goal, calling the cops, informing journalists to shut down the club and imprison the members? They are also themselves experimenting with drugs.

Van Doren and Sophie are plotting to destroy the club? Considering their role in the club and who is involved in it, this would bring the concept of "let Samson die with all the Philistines" to a totally new level.

Happy Chapter 4 Update 6 everyone! I've played through a solid chunk of the game now (though it's sufficiently varied that I don't I've seen everything), so it's time to figure out how I feel about it. I think on a narrative level, it's extremely good. There are a lot of moving parts here, but they fit together well and more importantly they come together to sell a pivotal moment of the story in unmistakable style. And as I all to often fail to mention, the art is fantastic, always highlighting the feelings of the various characters and finding clever ways to frame the action.

However, as good as the story and character work is, I do feel like the gameplay lets it down a bit because for all the choices available to us, the update is unavoidably about the cruel hedonism that is the Carnation Club. That's not to say there are no moments of levity or sincere tenderness; there are, and some of them are quite good. But those moments are short, isolated, and all too often restricted to very specific paths. Most importantly, though, almost none of those moments do anything to second guess Kathleen's attitude in her moment of triumph, and that definitely stings.

The end result is a good update that I didn't enjoy playing. Of course, given my laughably vanilla tastes I think it's fair to say I was never going to find this update fun. But even in comparison to previous Exhibitions, it didn't feel like my actions made much difference this time, at least not within the Exhibition. I don't know if that's a result of splitting the Exhibition into two parts or me wanting to get the "belly of the whale" portion over as soon as possible - or maybe I've been misreading where the story was going the whole time. We'll have to see what happens next. For now, I'd say I liked the update, but not as much as I was hoping.

So much for the generalities, let's get down to brass tacks.

Okay, I think that does it for this update. Hopefully we'll be back again before too long to wrap up Chapter 4.

tl;dr A good update with lots of plot progression and plenty of lewd content, but not a lot of variety for those who don't like the Club's brand of entertainment
The way I see it, that roam session doesn’t just highlight Elias and Allison’s characters it’s more about showing Edwin’s growth. You can really see how he’s changed from his first day in the club to now, stepping into a more confident and active role. His interactions with Allison show that his charisma and energy alone are enough to charm not just a superstar, but a carnation queen, without needing any sort of leverage.

It also emphasizes how Edwin has become an active player in the club rather than just a background spectator or prop. He’s now seen as a dependable figure both Harper and the house girls view him positively if he did help Emma

As for his cooperation with the club, I think it’s inevitable when dealing with organized crime whether it’s the mafia, drug dealers, or street gangs. No matter how principled or moral Edwin tries to be, he’s bound to be influenced by that environment. The real paragon or renegade factor here isn’t about whether he resist the club or not, but rather what kind of middle management figure he turns into with how he handles situations like Lucy’s or Felicia’s surprise.

I've never understood why people like to discuss the identity of painted whores.
